5.00We had a friendly and engaging guide. There 5 stops with different foods representing a sample of Cambodian food. The guide’s love of her country and food was clear and made for a good evening. We travelled via Tuk Tuk with the opportunity to easily take in the night.

5.00A must to do activity once you land in Siem Reap! Take a food tour with a Siamreaper! Yes, that their company's name! We were greeted by Mr Phearon in our hotel lobby and he took us around with his Tuk Tuk driver. Mr Phearon is a young man who speaks immaculate English and has an encyclopediac knowledge of the foods and sights of Siem Reap. He gave us an indepth account about the many foods we ate - He described each vegetable that made a Cambodian salad - each with its own distinctive taste! We had short noodles,garlic chive fried rice cakes.....then we had Mikola noodles with meats, fried egg pancakes, spring rolls, green and red curry noodles. Visited the street market with fried insects and frogs being served! Crispy and quite palatable actually! Beers were served by him throughout and ended at a garden bar for cocktails and tequilas (our expense though). Was such a well-spent tour that started at 5pm and now its almost 8pm as I write this review. Please take this Viator - TripAdvisor tour and be well-taken care of by a most friendly and professional gem of a young man, Mr Phearon!

5.00The experience was great! We did the tour with Phearon and thank him very much for his friendliness and the great selection of local dishes he made us, it was spectacular! We tasted more than 10 local dishes, saw a local market and finally had a few beers in a local bar. We really enjoyed chatting with him, we wish you well!! We recommend it 100%!!

5.0010/10 would recommend!!!! We had a food tour with Ron. He took us to some amazing places to eat as well as markets. He gave us some recommendations on where to eat and some other local dishes that we should try.

5.00Vandy was very knowledgeable and provided a great tour. It was great to taste local cuisine and have the history explained about the different dishes we tasted. Including the insects. Frog was my favourite.

5.00The tour was well organised and the restaurants we ate at were great. The food was well prepared and delicious and in fascinating locations. Our guide Ron was knowledgeable, funny and most entertaining. He was also able to explain subtleties about the Khmer culture which was really valuable as a traveller. The tour is highly recommended.
