5.00Whereas the transfer was scheduled to start at a very specific timepoint, I was later contacted by the representatives who told me to be ready and sitting in the lobby 40 minutes in advance. Clearly, this isn't convenient. Had I known this upfront, I'd have the transfer scheduled 1 hour later.
