We had a great experience with Alex during our day trip to Siena and San Gimignano. He was very kind, professional, and easy to communicate with. The car was clean and comfortable, which was especially important since we were traveling with a baby. Everything went smoothly and we never felt rushed. Paolo was nothing short of fantastic. We highly recommend him for any tour in the area! He was able to schedule a last minute winery tasting and lunch to include in our San Gimignano and Siena excursion. He is patient, friendly, accommodating, and answered all of our questions. Alex our driver was excellent! He communicated clearly ahead of time and arrived as scheduled. He offered us fresh pastries and had a stash of cold waters for whenever we needed them. We enjoyed visiting with him along the way. Siena and San Gimignano were great! Overall a great experience.
