If you are pregnant or have physical/mental limitations, please contact us before booking. Our team will be happy to advise you and try to enable you to fly if safety permits. The final decision regarding safe transportation rests with the pilot. Basically, shallow climbs and descents are carried out to keep pressure changes as low as possible. On the sightseeing flight over Munich and the Five Lakes Region, a flight altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level will not be exceeded. In the Alps the altitude is on average around 2,000 meters, but in the Zugspitze area it can briefly reach 3,250 meters above sea level.
What To Expect
Munich
From our ALPEN AIR terminal in Augsburg we fly via Dachau to the state capital Munich with the architecturally brilliant Allianz Arena of FC Bayern Munich. We let ourselves be enchanted by the beauty of Munich from just 600 meters above sea level and discover the English Garden and the German Museum, float over Marienplatz and the Frauenkirche, as well as the Nymphenburg Castle. At slow speed we circle the futuristic BMW World and of course the Olympic Park with its 291 meter high Olympic Tower.
Chiemsee
From Munich we take you past the Simssee to the Bavarian Sea, the Chiemsee. In the middle of Bavaria's largest lake, Herrenchiemsee Castle and the Fraueninsel await you against the impressive backdrop of the Alps.

5.00A fantastic flight from Augsburg! Perfect organization, a very experienced and friendly pilot and a view you will never forget. Seeing Neuschwanstein Castle and the Alps from this perspective was a real goose bump experience. The handling at Augsburg Airport was super straightforward. 5.00Absolutely incredible experience with Alpen Air! We flew approximately two hours, over Munich and into the stunning Alps, as well as over many of the beautiful castles in the area in a gorgeous Cessna T206H, and I’m still not over the views. As a Pilot myself, based from the US, it felt surreal flying with Alpen Air over my childhood stomping grounds. It was peaceful, and beyond beautiful. The whole experience was extraordinary and truly unforgettable. The professionalism and warmth of our Pilot made the entire experience even that more special. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area it’s a must do!

The entire organization is simply top – warm, reliable and absolutely professional. Safety is a top priority here and professionalism is truly lived. At the airport you will be warmly welcomed by the pilot and immediately feel comfortable. We flew with Moritz Reuter – an experienced professional pilot, as one could wish for. His calm, confident and professional manner immediately creates confidence and makes you fly completely relaxed. A pilot with a heart who charms as a tour guide. With sympathetic humor and exciting information about the region, it creates an atmosphere in which you simply feel comfortable. He explains a lot and responds to every question. Here, it doesn't feel like a guest, but like a friend flying along. You can tell immediately: The man loves what he does! The flight was also on the 2. Sometimes simply breathtaking – impressive landscapes, sparkling lakes, the mountains, Munich from above,... – light, season and perspective make it a new experience every time. This flight touches, makes you happy and gives you goose bumps. You would rather not land at all and wish only the moment would never end. At Alpenair everything is just right: Safety, quality, no mass handling, no standard program – here you can feel the passion for flying and genuine love for what they do. 5 stars is almost too little for this experience! And all this perfectly organized, closely coordinated with us, as far as the perfect day goes (had to postpone due to weather conditions), directly from the pilot, who made this flight an unforgettable experience in an incredibly sympathetic way with his excellent local knowledge, among other things. 5.00From the Alpen Air stand at Aero, the friendly pilot led us through the pilot entrance of the airport in Friedrichshafen to the Cessna, which took us on a half-hour sightseeing flight over Lake Constance. During the flight there was a beautiful view over the lake, the island Lindau, the Rhine estuary and the Alps. The pilot's explanations rounded off the flight. Overall a very nice and recommended experience. We'll be back!
