What To Expect

Duration:5 hours

Operating Schedule:Departing at 9:00 a.m. from the Rincon / Aguada area. Returning at 2:00 p.m. We will pick you up at your hotel or Airbnb. Our Company Van is very easy to recognize. When you see that van you'll know that is going to be an awesome day. *Additional charge for transportation out of that area

A wonderful day! Mariel was a great tour guide. She is so friendly, so easy to be with and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the sights and the time together. She also gave us tips for the rest of our vacation. She asked us about where we wanted to stop and even suggested good photo opps. She is enthusiastic and seems to enjoy what she does. Our tour ended up being rescheduled due to a needed vehicle repair. We initially declined her offer of a refund and were so happy she was available on another day. And we now have tips for a return visit and a valuable resource for all things PR!

I would actually review this as a 10 if I could! Mariel was delightful, knowledgeable, and flexible. She knows everything about Puerto Rico with her specialty being the western area of the isand. We saw beautiful sights we would not have found on our own, and the food???? Amazing!! We stopped at La Chocolateria for an amazing treat, all made in house, from growing the cacao to the beautiful handmade treats on display. La Guapera for fresh pressed sugar cane juice made as we watched, and the final stop at Guayabos Sea Breeze for a delightful lunch of fresh seafood and desserts. We may never eat again!! 😋 Look up Mariel from Mariex Adventures, you definitely won't be disappointed!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience thanks to Mariel! She was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. Her passion for the local area really came through in the stories she shared. She was also super organized, friendly, and made lots of great suggestions for the remainder of our trip. Highly recommend—this tour wouldn’t have been the same with anyone else!

Omg she's amazing. Such a nice person and knows her stuff. It was just my wife and I and it was nice to know that she's LGBT friendly. Really learned a lot and saw such beautiful places. Highly recommended.
