5.00The agent contacted me over WhatsApp two days before our trip, to confirm departure pick up point and time and our final destination. All the interaction was great and really professional, a very good customer care service. Before we started our trip I contacted the agent to say the boat from Koh Rong was running a bit late and the reply was reassuring and not to worry that they will wait for us. The driver waited for us at the boat arrival pier in Sihanoukville. He immediately identified himself and offered help with our luggages. He was very welcoming and friendly, a nice person indeed. The car was super comfortable with reclining seats. All the travel from Sihanoukville port to Phnom Penh International Airport was smooth and pleasant. Air-conditioning made the travel stand the outside heat. The driver was calm and professional, he managed to get through Phnom Penh traffic that at times can be crazy. You really need to be experienced to get by all of that, and our driver was brilliant. We had plenty of time before our flight back home so we were not concerned about rushing. In general it's better to have plenty of time to have a quiet trip. I strongly recommend this taxi service because they have been perfect and reasonable priced considering delays on, travelling time and distance.

Mr Om was attentive to our every need, courteously accommodating our requests. The journey itself was safe, very comfortable and absolutely on time. We particularly appreciated Mr. Om's calm and professional driving, which allowed us to completely relax during the journey. An incredible added value was to turn the transfer into a real tour of Phnom Penh. Thanks to him, we had the opportunity to discover some interesting glimpses of the city and to enjoy a pleasant stop for lunch with a beautiful view of the Mekong. Even in times of traffic, Mr Om maintained a calm and relaxed attitude, helping to create a relaxed atmosphere on board. 5.00Convenient way to transfer , trip took about 3 hours due to traffic in PP. We arrived earlier at ferry wharf and were able to get driver to come earlier than we had booked it .

5.00The driver met us at the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port with a sign as we disembarked from the ferry back from the islands. We asked to be taken to Sisowath Quay and were there in about 2.5 hours. Everything was seamless.
