5.00My husband and I have used ACS chauffeurs for many years now and having recommended them to our friends they do too. Airport Car Services specialises in chauffeur driven, longer distance and special occasion travel so we use them for airports and cruise terminals. When travelling with friends and lots of luggage we’ve booked an MPV. Ian Dolwin, the owner, and his team are always 100% reliable, polite, friendly and efficient. Their fleet is excellent, comfortable and always clean with bottles of water provided. Their prices are reasonable too. It’s comforting to get to know their drivers rather than not knowing who will be driving you. 2.00I was told I’d be met in the hall by someone holding a placard with my name. I was also told I’d be assisted to a waiting vehicle. Instead I got a text saying go to a door then had to wait 20 minutes for the driver to come around. I also had to load my own luggage as she was unable to. It would’ve been cheaper and more efficient to grab a cab.
