Every passengers who enter Singapore must fill the SG Arrival Card e-Service online. You can fill the form 3 days before arrival in Singapore

Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
There will be an extra charge of SGD10 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.
Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
Any additional luggage will incur a surcharge of SGD 15 per piece. Backpacks and small personal bags are exempted and will not be charged.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00Thomas went a bit above and beyond the call of duty. I found out that our flight would be arriving an hour early so I texted him to advise. I wouldn’t be able to receive and texts in the air (he knew this!) and he was there waiting for us. He was also full of information on Singapore and the food scene! I have been to Singapore many times, just not recently, and can tell you that Thomas is a true ambassador for your beautiful city/country/island!
