Every passengers who enter Singapore must fill the SG Arrival Card e-Service online. You can fill the form 3 days before arrival in Singapore
SG Arrival Card e-Service online - you can contact us via Whatsapp to get a link to fill the form to avoid the waiting time at Immigration.
Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
There will be an extra charge of SGD10 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.
Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect

Arrival airport pickup : Please provide the flight detail as this is the most information we need as there are 4 airport terminal so we can check which terminal you will be arrive. Departure pickup: Please booked the date you will need to get pickup not the time of departure date and time.

3.00The driver was on-time and at the appointed location however he was not aware of the airline drop-off we had designated in our request. We were not familiar with the airport so when we advised what it was, he looked something up and stated “Terminal 2”. Come to find out it was not Terminal 2 but 4 which required us to take the airport shuttle which delayed us by 45 minutes.

4.00Overall the drivers were very friendly, timely and the cars were very clean. My only complaint is that they set the pick up time from our hotel going to the airport. Our flight was after 9am and they picked us up at 5am. Being picked up prior to 6am was an extra $10, which would have been fine, except we got to the airport WAY too early. It was completely unnecessary, but I was hesitant to push the pick up time back and regret it.
