Every passengers who enter Singapore must fill the SG Arrival Card e-Service online. You can fill the form 3 days before arrival in Singapore
SG Arrival Card e-Service online - you can contact us via Whatsapp to get a link to fill the form to avoid the waiting time at Immigration.
Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
There will be an extra charge of SGD10 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.
Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Arrival airport pickup : Please provide the flight detail as this is the most information we need as there are 4 airport terminal so we can check which terminal you will be arrive. Departure pickup: Please booked the date you will need to get pickup not the time of departure date and time.

2.00I was given the wrong pickup location we could not find the driver then he charged me another 20 Singapore dollars because the retreat was 20 minutes from the airport not told about any of this when I booked it.

1.00Very little communication when booking. I asked for 2 car seats and 1 booster seat. Then they proceeded to only book 2 car seats and I further requested another booster. I paid an addition $40 for the 2 car seats. When the driver called, he wanted us to meet him a different position. He arrived with no car seats but one booster seat appropriate only for my 4yr old but not for my 1 & 2 yr olds. And then requested $15 for the booster seat. I explained I already was charged $40 for 2 car seats. I have given feedback but like I said prior, they never respond so I haven’t heard anything. This review may get a response? Would like my $40 back for not providing a service then they said they would.

Stranded at Changi after awful Viator Vendor experience

1.00I booked airport transportation from Changi Airport to my hotel through this Viator vendor and provided all flight and luggage details in advance. After landing, customs and baggage claim caused a short delay. About 25 minutes after deplaning, I started receiving repeated texts and calls telling us to hurry or they would leave, even though the booking stated they would wait up to 75 minutes after arrival. When we reached the pickup area, a driver was holding our name but said we would be charged $10 per additional bag despite our luggage details being provided beforehand. After several more calls from the vendor instructing him to leave us, the driver ultimately left us stranded at the airport. This was a very stressful and unprofessional experience after a long international flight. We lost our money and had to find our own transportation. I would strongly caution others before booking with this vendor.
