Every passengers who enter Singapore must fill the SG Arrival Card e-Service online. You can fill the form 3 days before arrival in Singapore
SG Arrival Card e-Service online - you can contact us via Whatsapp to get a link to fill the form to avoid the waiting time at Immigration.
Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
There will be an extra charge of SGD10 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.
Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Arrival airport pickup : Please provide the flight detail as this is the most information we need as there are 4 airport terminal so we can check which terminal you will be arrive. Departure pickup: Please booked the date you will need to get pickup not the time of departure date and time.

5.00Easy transfer from Singapore Airport to our Hotel. Our driver, Rahmat made contact to advise of the collection point; he was waiting for us holding a sign bearing our name. The car was a recent Mazda SUV. Plenty big enough for 2 people, 2 large suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage. The drive was smooth and comfortable. Rahmat was giving us very useful advice for places to visit and modes of transport. Advising that the MRT was easy for us due to the close location of the station in relation to our hotel. We followed the advice to a tee. Rahmat was so correct in everything he advised us. Thank you Rahmat. You're a star!!!

5.00Communication was great. The driver texted me via WhatsApp earlier, even before I landed, and informed that he would be picking us up and to msg him when we land. When I landed and and informed him he gave exact door where he would meet and also txted pic of vehicle license plates. Was in touch with me the whole time.
