Every passengers who enter Singapore must fill the SG Arrival Card e-Service online. You can fill the form 3 days before arrival in Singapore
SG Arrival Card e-Service online - you can contact us via Whatsapp to get a link to fill the form to avoid the waiting time at Immigration.
Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
There will be an extra charge of SGD10 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.
Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect

Sit back and relax as a fully licensed driver navigates the unfamiliar roads. Vehicles are equipped with GPS to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey. Arrival airport pickup : Please provide the flight detail as this is the most information we need as there are 4 airport terminal so we can check which terminal you will be arrive. Departure pickup: Please booked the date you will need to get pickup not the time of departure date and time.

5.00The day before my scheduled pickup, I decided I wanted to enjoy my hotel’s breakfast, so I asked for my pickup time to be pushed 30 mins later. They quickly responded and were able to accommodate. My driver arrived promptly and even had a visible digital sign with my name at the valet area. He verified my reservation upon driving away and we had a great conversation on the way to the airport. The car was comfortable, clean and I felt safe…which is important to me as a solo traveler. Be sure to spend some time in exploring the airport, it’s spectacular!
