1.00Ordered tickets months in advance , repeatedly messaged where are my tickets , completely unresponsive , ride was scheduled at 6:00 pm , tickets received at 6:15 pm . Would definitely avoid this company !

4.00get tix from the venue not tripadvisor. We went the TA for the tix, we never received the tix, we called the 3rd party vendor for help, no answer. so the venue called someone else and was able to get the tix emailed to them. this happen with the Maria Bay Sands as well. The venue said they have had so many problems from TA not sending tix. once all taken care of the flyer was a blast, great views and the time capsul was coll also.

5.00The views are amazing. Higher than the Marina Sands. Night time was the best. Best to do with a group of people you know so you don't get stuck with family and crying children like I did. Still didn't take it away from the experience.
