HOW TO REDEEM
You can only redeem, register and activate your eSIM upon arrival in Singapore.
- Once you touch down in Singapore, connect to airport Wi-Fi and visit our self-registration portal.
- Input the redemption code (GXxxxxxxxx) provided in your Purchase Confirmation email and click “Apply” to proceed with eSIM registration. Refer to SIM registration guide here.
- Upon successful eSIM registration, eSIM QR will be prompted immediately. You will receive the eSIM QR via email as well.
HOW TO INSTALL ESIM
Before setting up, please ensure that your device supports eSIM and you have data connectivity (e.g. Wi-Fi).
- Go to device “Settings”
- Select “Add eSIM / Add Cellular Plan / Add Mobile Plan / Add Data Plan”
- Scan the QR code provided when prompted
