This experience goes beyond a typical cooking class. It gives guests a deeper taste of Singapore through ingredients, food stories and multi-racial culture.
Start with a guided visit to a local wet market, where our licensed tourist guide introduces everyday ingredients and explains how Chinese, Malay, Indian and other influences have shaped Singapore’s food culture. The visit helps guests understand the ingredients before returning to the studio for a hands-on class.
Enjoy a simple local breakfast at a neighbourhood coffee shop and learn how to order kopi or tea the Singapore way. Back at our studio, our experienced chefs will guide you step by step in preparing well-loved dishes from scratch.
This is a relaxed, meaningful and interactive experience for couples, families and friends — ending with a shared meal, cooking tips, and a richer understanding of Singapore beyond sightseeing.

Interesting introduction to Asian cuisine, especially those from Singapore, including joint shopping. Colin made us wonderful in the typical cuisine of Singapore, with many regional stories and inputs. Thank you, Colin, for this great experience.

Great experience, highly recommend! Colin was an interesting guide during the tour with great local knowledge of Singaporean culture (and fun facts). Enjoyed the cooking and interacting with others in the small group. The cooking would suit all levels from can’t boil water through to home kitchen masterchefs.

There aren't enough positive things to say about our experience with Denise. In addition to being a very knowledgable and skilled culinary expert, she is an incredibly welcoming and personable individual. We learned so much during the market tour and saw a part of Singapore that is away from the common tourist areas. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who wants hands-on experience with Singapore cuisine and culture.

My son and two were traveling to Singapore, and thanks to the friendly chef, we had fun cooking. My son says cooking classes were the most fun during his travel schedule!
