  The show was outstanding. Buying tickets with TripAdvisor was a nightmare. Took a extra 45 mins for the show to be able to find the tickets. The food was the worst food we have ever eaten and was completely cold. Show, amazing!

  It was really great effects and a very unique show that you won’t see anywhere else. The fireworks were not a main feature of the show overall which is slightly confusing given how it’s advertised. However, they weren’t missed as the show itself was spectacular. I wish it was a little longer! Definitely go a bit early. The backrest seat was nice but it was moreso the middle seats facing the center of it which made them worth it.

  Good activity for kids and families- would just buy tickets at venue as we were unable to use tickets we bought on Viator. When asked about it Viator were unsupportive and refused to issue refund.

  The trip was a complete fail , Tripadvisor sent us tickets which are not compatible with the ticket office on Santosa Island, we were refused entry, the ticket office did their upmost to contact the vendor, their reply was a ticket was sent and there was nothing they could do. Don’t book this trip with TripAdvisor we expect a full refund.

  Do not buy these tickets! The correct tickets were not sent to me and we were turned away at the ticket counter. The QR code issued for the tickets was not correct and I had received no other ticket information other than the QR code. Absolute rip off and just another scam business!!

  it was okay, not the wow factor that I had expected, it made for a long day on the island waiting and waiting for the night time show, you have to go early as otherwise it is way too cramped if you go later, people everywhere and a lot of rude people, pushing and shoving, monorail was packed

  didn't successfully change the ticket before the show as the longlonglong queue and non-helpful ticket counter officers. a fully waste of money :(

  When I clicked on "GET TICKET" it took me to the app that had a"redeemable voucher". This Voucher was not acceptable to the event ticket office and we were refused entry. What I assumed was the event manager said he had had trouble with Viatour before. Luckily there were seats still available, so to avoid disappointment we repurchased tickets from the box office and will be claiming back from Viatour.

  Superb show with lots of water and fire effects, and a triumphant fireworks finale. Entry was smooth and professionally conducted, and the arena was spacious and airy. I also appreciated the simpler storyline. Past Sentosa performances and attractions often lean too heavily on maudlin, bizarre storylines; Volcanoland was one example! The story of Shahbaz and friends flying through time is attractive to sink into.
