We have arrived over 1 hour early to watch the wings of Time Show only to find out that it closed last night (3rd Nov) and will not reopen until the 17th November. Please find below a photo of the notice we found at the entry gate. Could you please respond via email confirming how you will issue our refund?

Overpriced for what it was. Nice but expected more “wow” in terms of fireworks, more a water and projection show with some token sparks. The best bit was the end few minutes. Also so crowded and most of the crowd was talking, one person sitting in front of us even took a call as well during it so we couldn’t hear the story properly.

This was a really good show IF you get to see it. Leave buying tickets until the last moment though as, if the show gets cancelled, you will not get a refund which is a policy that needs reviewing. Our show got rained off 20mins before it was due to start. We were given the option of the later show or the next day but that may not suit everyone.

The show was great getting our tickets from Tour company not great. I would not pre organise and pay before I travel again. It caused myself and my husband unnecessary stress.

Great show! We'll worth seeing. Benches are hard wood. Bring a blanket to sit on and arrive early to get a good seat. The oitdoor theater fills up quickly. I had not received my e-tickets on the day of the show, so I contacted the vendor and received an immediate response. They were wonderful to work with.

I’ve purchased my tickets with this vendor twice and both times the actual QR code was missing from the e-ticket provided by this vendor. The tour operator cannot retrieve your tickets without the actual QR code. So both times the tour operator refused to let us in the venue. We had to contact Viator rep for the actual QR code, which took a long time to receive. We missed our shows and the experience was unpleasant. I would not recommend this service.

Amazing show well worth the visit. Make sure you also visit the Sentosa mood walk afterwards this show. Shout out to the street performer aged only 9 she will be a superstar! Tip: to get to the Wings of Light show you must head towards the beach at Sentosa Island as it is not in the main attractions area.

20 minute show which was exceptional. Plenty of seats and great viewing from all of them. Cost was minimal and great value for money. Perfect way to end the day at Sentosa Island.
