A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a WRS Park is required.
Children below 3 years old may enter the WRS Parks for free, subject to WRS’ satisfactory verification.
A senior is defined as a person at 60 years of age and above for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a WRS Park is required.
Please ensure that your coach drivers avoid using Coach Bay 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East (Singapore Zoo, Night Safari side), as these are reserved for Mandai City Express and Mandai Khatib Shuttle (MKS) services. To prevent congestion, kindly use other available bays for drop-offs and parking.

Zoo was our best experience in Singapore

5.00The zoo is excellent, with a good range of animals. The six rhinos are incredible and quite close to view. Most exhibits are well planned and appear ‘open’ to view. We arrived at 8.30 which was a good time to beat the heat plus a lot of animals were out moving around. We noticed later in the day when we returned to some enclosures the animals were resting and often hidden. Only issue was our Viator ticket, it didn’t work and had to sort with staff at entrance. You need a QR code not a barcode. The zoo is well worth visiting, you need a good 3-4 hours at least there.

5.00The zoo was amazing but due to the very heavy rain we didn't see as much as we hoped. The setting and the animal shows were spectacular. The only downside was no hotel and zoo pickup like your other tours. This would have made all the difference.

Wonderful leisurely walk through the zoo

5.00One of the most well maintained zoos I have been to. Was able to leisurely walk through the entire zoo a couple of times and never noticed the 4.5 hours pass by. There were ample rest stops with rest rooms and water facilities. Highly recommend bringing a water bottle along so that you can keep filling it at appropriate times.

3.00We booked this trip via trip advisor but when we arrived the zoo would not accept the tickets. We had uploaded into wallet and had the email but they insisted they weee the wrong ticket style. We had to buy tickets again then request a refund from trip advisor ( which they have accepted and we are awaiting the refund) The zoo was good and nice to see lots of greenery and plenty of space for the animals. I’m not really a zoo person so this was for my friends who really liked it

5.00Zoo was great but TripAdvisor sent barcodes for tickets not QR codes which created problems getting in, fortunately the Team at the Zoo contacted TripAdvisor and received the required QR codes and after about 15 minutes we got in

4.00The grounds of the zoo are beautiful. The entire location is very clean and well cared for. A couple of exhibits had no animals and some areas for large animals seemed a little small, but it was a most enjoyable place to visit.

3.00The zoo is well arranged and they have a reasonably good selection of animals although no proper reptile section , only a Komodo dragon that was hiding! My main criticism is that the compounds for the animals were too small. They needed more space to roam . There were plenty of trees and waterholes but I felt the animals must be bored with such little space. Better seen in the wild on safari. The zoo staff were caring but do we really need to see an elephant perform tricks?
