AMAZING TOUR GUIDE!!! You can’t ask for a better tour guide! Bruno escorted us around Portugal for two days and he was amazing! Knowledgeable, funny, accommodating and a pleasure to be with! You couldn’t ask for anyone better! We saw so many places, sampled local pastries, dishes and drinks and were immersed in the culture and history of the area. You must book a tour with Bruno if you come to Portugal! Whether you’re here for a day, two days or even a week, Bruno is the man to call for some wonderful tours!

My intention was to take a half day tour from our hotel in Cascais to Sintra, Pena Palace, Quinta da Regaleira, Cabo da Roca. What Bruno offered was a private 6 hour tour to all of the above requested places, AND so much more! Also stopped at Casa Piriquita for traditional pastries, onto the palaces, down the coast to Colares along the ocean to Cabo de Roca, and bonus treat to see the home being built of the famous soccer player. Aside from just seeing the sites Bruno brought us to the rich history, culture, architecture and life today of Portugal. I highly recommend taking a tour with Bruno. We came away with so much more than we had anticipated.

We had a GREAT experience with the tours! (Did both Sintra / Cascais & transfer from Lisbon to Porto with stops). Reuben was our guide and very helpful, interesting history & background, fun and kind. Sintra is beautiful and unique! Another bonus of using a tour operator is that they can access closer drop off sites and parking and that can make all the difference with the steep hills, etc! Would highly recommend and book again no question.

Best decision we made on our Portugal trip! Bruno and his team had wonderful communication leading up to our trip. I understood what tickets to purchase! The tour itself was worth every penny. We could not have seen near as many things as we did, without Luis, our amazing guide. He knew exactly where to park, how to navigate lines, where to go when. It made our day with teens and limited time, a dream!

I recommend the guided tour by Bruno Miguel, a dynamic scenario, filled with cultural information that enriched the tour. Not to mention the premium Mercedes car... really a 5-star treatment.

AMAZING! The tour was private, detailed, and to say the least, blew us away! We immediately clicked with Bruno and felt like we had known him our entire lives! We had great conversation from the point of pick up, until he dropped us off, later in the day! Sintra was amazing to say the least! We left there speechless. We headed to Caisis and could not believe how quaint it was! We also visited several spots in between! Again, all hidden gems! If you don't book with Bruno, your making a mistake! He is bar none, top notch!!

Luis our driver picked us up at our accommodation and before we set off took the time to find out a bit about us and our expectations for the day and what we had on our list to see. Luis then outlined a rough plan for the day. We visited Pena Palace (Luis also our guide for the Palace - actually everything we did like walk around Sintra old town & all the stops along the coast on way back to Lisboa) Great restaurant in Sintra for lunch. Several stops & walk around in afternoon i.e. Cape Roca, Cascais etc. If you get Luis it will be good - he has done this for years & you can tell. We arranged another full day tour with Luis 2 days later to Nazare and others areas - another fantastic trip - he even presented us with a bottle of wine that we liked at the end. Thanks Luis

Sintra is the hidden gem of the Lisbon region and while it's relatively easy to do a DIY visit (hope on a train, book palace visits online and wander around), you get so much more from a guided tour. As someone who has visited the town many, many times, I chose to use Bruno Miguel after sounding out a few guides for a family visit in December. Bruno was totally professional and flexible, developing two custom tours for our group of seven: a day in Sintra with visits to Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira, with a return to Cascais along the coastal road, taking in Azenhas to Mar and Cabo da Roca; and a second trip to Tomar, Nazare and Obidos. Both Pena and Regaleira are large sites with lots of rooms and options, and Bruno cut through the lines, showing us the most interesting bits - all the hits, no filler. And his commentary was tailored to our interests. He took exceptional care of us, offering to take photos and suggesting the best vantage points (and even posed for a few selfies with us!). Even the time in the van was entertaining, with stories and recollections - and snap quizzes to make sure we'd been paying attention. Portugal is beautiful and of course possible to explore on your own, with friendly and mostly English-speaking people everywhere, but a professional guide makes all the difference in ensuring maximum use of your time, a full understanding of the relevance of what you're seeing and simply the ease of getting from site to site without having to navigate public transport, driving and parking on difficult roads or using tuk tuks and taxis. I have no hesitation in recommending Bruno Miguel top anyone looking for an entertaining and informative tour around the Lisbon/Cascais/Sintra area.
