A unique combination of six local wine varieties paired with our avant-garde local dishes. Taste Zhilavka, Smedervka white wines, Stanushina rose and our spicy red Prokupec, crowned by Vranec Reserva with 15% alcohol. Finished with Macedonian aromatic Temjanika wine.

What To Expect

Experience six authentic Macedonian wines, each thoughtfully paired with regional dishes. Taste Žilavka, Smederevka, Stanushina, Prokupec, Vranec and Temjanika. All glasses are 0.1 L. Food pairings include 50–75 g starters and a 150 g main course. No replacement of pork dishes is possible (Additional orders from the menu accepted) . 1. Starter · Žilavka with cheese in filo pastry Fresh indigenous Balkan variety paired with Macedonian “beaten” cheese in filo pastry and figs. 2. Starter · Smederevka Barrel Fermented with chicken pâté Unique oak-aged local variety served with our homemade chicken pâté. 3. Starter · Stanushina Rosé with wild mushroom risotto Elegant rosé from the native Stanushina grape paired with creamy wild mushroom risotto. 4. Starter · Prokupec with Mavrovo sheep “Kashkaval” Medium-bodied, spicy Prokupec matched with artisanal sheep cheese and cured meats. 5. Main · Vranec Reserva with pork filet and leeks Macedonia’s iconic red, paired with an avant-garde version of pork with leeks. 6. Dessert · Temjanika with apple dessert Aromatic Temjanika, cousin of Muscat, served with our signature apple creation.

Our server Antonio was amazing and was so knowledgeable about the various wines we tried. The food was delcious and the restaurant catered to my various allergies. I liked the restaurant's atmosphere and the dinner didn't feel rushed. We took our time and the portions were great. Highly recommend.

Very nice dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good. Suitable size and divided for non-smokers and smokers. Would highly recommend!

I just finished my six course tasting menu and my impressions are simply mind-blowing! Starting with the cheese in filo pastry paired with local Zilavka, followed by the funky Smederevka Barrel Fermented and the indigenous Stanushina, finished by the Vranec and the pork with leeks, its an experience i will certainly remember.
A first foothold in the most generous North Macedonia!

Top Service that reflects the hospitality of the North Macedonia at its best. We tested the tasting menu accord "dish wine". An effort to explain the peculiarities of each wine in English and more than generous portions for the French that we are. Very good address but eat light before!
