When booking, please provide your arrival flight details, preferred pickup time, drop-off location, and any special requests to ensure a smooth and personalized experience. For airport pickups, your driver will meet you at baggage claim, holding a tablet with your name for easy recognition. For hotel pickups, they will greet you in the main lobby. We track your flight in real-time to adjust the pickup time for any delays or early arrivals, ensuring you don’t have to wait. Our complimentary waiting times are up to 1.5 hours for international flights, 1 hour for domestic flights (starting from your flight’s landing time), and up to 20 minutes for pickups outside the airport. The day before your service, we'll provide you with your driver’s name and phone number to ensure easy communication. If you have any difficulty locating your driver, our customer service team is available for immediate assistance. This service is offered exclusively for trips within the SAN JUAN AREA. If you’re traveling to another city, we’d be happy to assist you with one of our other available options. Travel comfortably and stress-free, knowing that we’ve got every detail covered for you!

5.00Truly amazing service. Jackie is the best and sweetest person to help me when I got lost at the airport. She stayed on the phone until I finally found her. She took my bags and wouldn’t let me even roll my luggage. I was very much impressed with her kindness. Then she gave me excellent recommendations for places to eat. A big thumbs up for this company
