For airport pickups, your driver will meet you at baggage claim, holding a tablet with your name for easy recognition. For hotel pickups, they will greet you in the main lobby. We track your flight in real-time to adjust the pickup time for any delays or early arrivals, ensuring you don’t have to wait. Our complimentary waiting times are up to 1.5 hours for international flights, 1 hour for domestic flights (starting from your flight’s landing time), and up to 20 minutes for pickups outside the airport. The day before your service, we'll provide you with your driver’s name and phone number to ensure easy communication. If you have any difficulty locating your driver, our customer service team is available for immediate assistance. This service is offered exclusively for trips within the SAN JUAN AREA. If you’re traveling to another city, we’d be happy to assist you with one of our other available options. Travel comfortably and stress-free, knowing that we’ve got every detail covered for you!

5.00Joel was awesome! My flight was delayed but by the time I was able to text him about it, he already knew. Sent me a welcome text when he saw the plane had landed. He was very friendly and professional.. Gave me a mini tour on the way to my hotel, as well as some helpful information about Old San Juan where I was staying. Would definitely ride with him again. 5.00Our pre booked transportation to our hotel from the SJU airport took the stress away and immediately feel like we were on vacation! Our driver Joel texted as soon as we arrived and met us at baggage claim. He was friendly, gave us suggestions of restaurants and had a clean suv with plenty of AC!
