What To Expect

Start your journey from the center of Rhodes and head toward Kallithea Springs, Santa Marina, or a peaceful sandy beach, depending on the day’s weather. As we cruise for about an hour, enjoy trolling with professional fishing gear we provide. We target predator fish like small tunas, mahi mahi, amberjacks, barracudas, and great trevally. Our 10-meter traditional handcrafted wooden fishing boat offers a comfortable and authentic experience. It includes a fishing area for 10 people, space for dining and relaxing, WC, freshwater shower, Wi-Fi, and meets all maritime safety standards. It’s equipped with a Lowrance 1000W fish finder and radar. We use high-quality fishing gear from brands such as Shimano, Daiwa, Okuma, Penn, WFT, and Shimano. After trolling, we continue with ground fishing for 2 hours. We then anchor for swimming, snorkelling, or relaxing. While you enjoy the sea, we prepare an onboard lunch with the fish you’ve caught, plus gold seabream or sea bass (250g+),grilled on a BBQ with olive oil and sea salt, served with Greek salad and bread with Rhodian oregano. I had a group of 4 friends and we all had a great time! The crew is a father son duo and were as nice as could be. Very informative on their way of fishing in the Aegean Sea and what to expect. The lunch we had consisted of Bonita Tuna that we had caught and Sea Bass provided by the hosts. They made a traditional Greek salad and a home made dressing which was to die for. The fish was grilled fresh on the boat. There also was an opportunity to swim as well but the water was a bit too cold for my taste. Also, we've been using Viator for years and have never been disappointed, not once!

As it was my first time fishing in the sea, it was fantastic experience. For the price of 55 euro you get nearly 5 hours of sea trip with fishing, stop to swim and have bbq. Staff is very nice and supportive. I would suggest Skevos fishing trip to every sea and fishing enjoyer out there.

Great experience, couldn't recommend enough ! Not something you see at every holiday destination, very unique and entertaining. Get a wee paddle in the water as well as a great lunch with THE best Greek salad ever made my Skevos himself. BOOK IT !

The Skevos lads were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They taught us a lot about trawling and ground fishing. We caught lots of fish. They also took us to a great swimming/snorkelling spot and made us the best grilled tuna and greek salad I have ever had. 10/10 experience.

A small group fun well organised day trip with lunch and swimming. If you’ve never fished before you will get an opportunity to feel like a professional and maybe even catch a fish even if it’s a small one. A fun trip full of laughs and enjoyed meeting other couples without feeling you were a beginner. Would highly recommend this small boat tour with Skevos and his father
