I don’t know about the ride because Trip Advisor sold us tickets for a day the attraction wasn’t open. We’ll return today to try to figure out. I’ll keep you posted!

A little disorganized upon arrival but got better. Views were amazing. However, for being the tallest in the world I was a little disappointed. It seemed like the speed was controlled and I didnt feel the initial drop that I expected to feel. The swing kept turning to the left and the video was not great.

We had reservations and rain was forecast that day. In fact almost torrential rains occurred. Tried to call 6 times and let ring until call automatically ended to see if we could cancel or postpone. Then sent an email. This was 2 hours before our 1 to 2 pm scheduled ride. Since no response we drove 1/2 through flooded areas in the rain pulled up to the entrance and was told the mountain was closed. Their site says they will contact you for closure, never happened. I had to go to a representative at the entrance to place my name on the refund list. They give no receipt or acknowledgment, no way run a business. We went here before but will never go using online reservation. Extremely poor communication.

The zip line itself is exhilarating and super fun, but be prepared for long waits. We knew based off of previous reviews that the waits would be long, but if it were unexpected it could be frustrating. We waited almost 3 hours for our quick 45 second ride. The staff was very nice and helpful for the most part. $109 feels very expensive for the experience itself but it’s an activity to do once and say you’ve done it. Just go into it with a very lax timeline. There are drinks and a bathroom at the top while you wait for your turn on the zip line

No issues with Viator, and the experience was fun overall, but be prepared to spend ~2-3 hours waiting in various queues while at the park. It’s fun and pretty views but not worth the time or money if you’re debating between this activity and something else on the island.

I made a reservation, paid in advance. I showed up on time and after a 2.5 hr wait, still hadn’t gone down the line and it appeared that it would be at least another hour or more. I left in frustration. Put my name on a list for a refund and emailed from the hotel. They have not contacted me. Several dozen people left along with me. Spent most of one day of vacation for nothing. Complete scam. Stay away .

Multiple zip lines after ski-lift style ride up the mountain culminating in the world's steepest zip line. After riding the ski-lift style transport you will ride a series of short distance zip lines with a bit of hiking and climbing steps on between. There are more steps to climb on your way up to the Flying Dutchman zip lines, which is (at the time of this review) the world's steepest zip lines. While it does start out very steep the dual cable system has a slow-down approach to the end and is very safe.

Sky-lift was fun and the Flying Dutchman is worth the wait!! I am afraid of heights and had reservations because it is so high up but it ended up being great and was happy I did it! Got the video also which is worth it. Views are incredible

I have a terrible fear of heights, but I really wanted to do the Flying Dutchman to commemorate my 75th birthday. I had already told my grown kids that I was going to do it, so there was no backing out. I asked a lot of questions and finally felt I could do it. The chairlift to the top is very slow so you can take in the beautiful sights. At the top there are many platforms giving you a panoramic view of the island. From the platforms you go up some stairs to the bar and the take-off platform. I still needed a little liquid courage, so had a Purple Rain before stepping up to be secured into my seat. When I said I was ready, the gate was opened, and I dropped about 1-2 ft. From there it was smooth flying to the bottom. It wasn't too fast so you can take in the views from a totally different perspective. It was over before I wanted it to be, and the landing was slow and smooth. I was so proud and happy that I did it! Don't be afraid - it's exhilerating!

Not worth the time or money. From the lack of a sign to let drivers know where to turn to the lack of direction as to what customers should do after entering the gate, I found this to be a very frustrating experience. I signed up and paid online in advance and assumed I could proceed straight to the chairlift. Not so – I had to supply additional information, sign a waiver, and have my photo taken before I could get a wristband which would allow me to proceed to the chairlift. All of those steps could have been accomplished online in advance so that I wouldn’t have had to stand in a long line before being permitted to proceed to the chairlift.
