5.00We were flying in from Washingtin DC and landed at 6 am but the Sky lagoon didn't open until 10 am. I had booked an 11 am pick up from the airport because that was the earliest time the system offered. What I REALLY apprecited was they called me the day before and recommended an earlier pick up from the airport so we wouldn't have to sit so long after an all nighter while waiting for the Sky lagoon to open at 10 am. They also called me when I landed to make sure all was well and instructed me on where to meet. I felt very well cared for. I felt like they wanted my experience to be wonderful and helped me think through a solution that would work better for me and my family. I really appreciated the personalized service. Worth the money!!!

5.00Communicated with us via email before trip and then WhatsApp when we landed. Easy to find. Did not rush us so we had a chance to grab food before leaving airport. Dropped us right at door of sky lagoon
