What To Expect
Pick-up Location: New Chitose Airport or Niseko Drop-off Location: Niseko or New Chitose Airport The rate is a one-way private transfer. Guest can request to be picked up at New Chitose Airport and dropped off in Niseko, or to be picked up from Niseko and transfer to New Chitose Airport. Maximum passengers: 8 passengers with luggage Child seat and Infant seat are available for free of charge (Pre-booking is required). SkyExpress offers world-class private transfer services, complete with: • Meet & greet with name board at arrival gate • Each vehicle is tracked via GPS showing speed, location & heading Please be noted that: 1. The vehicle type is not guaranteed, vehicle we use shall depend on the number of booked passengers and can range from small type vans to coaches. 2. Operation hours: 2.1. Departing from Niseko: 5am-8pm 2.2. Departing from New Chitose Airport: 9am-10pm Terms and conditions apply.

5.00Amazing Company, Staff all spoke English super well 100% would use again Driver was impeccable, getting me to Niseko in under 2 hours with the car ride being extremely smooth. As someone who doesn't speak any Japanese I was worried that I might have a hard time navigating out of New Chitose Airport. As soon as I got out of the baggage claim, my driver was there waiting for me with a sign(i landed about 30 minute early), to my surprise he spoke english pretty well, but what was even more impressive is the ride to Niseko was incredibly smooth and fast despite it snowing heavily on my arrival. After arrival in Niseko, I decided last minute that I wanted to stay an extra day and wanted to rebook my return ride. Despite being super busy for Chinese New Year, Noni and Kyosuke helped me change my return car service time.

5.00Upon arrival we were met just outside of baggage claim by the representative from SkyExpress and quickly escorted to our private van. The driver got us quickly and safely to Niseko on mostly snow packed roads. The return trip was equally smooth. The driver was at our hotel a few minutes before the arraigned pick up time and again got us quickly and smoothly to the airport. If you are looking for professional, courteous and prompt private transportation to/from New Chitose Airport to Niseko, I would highly recommend SkyExpress.

5.00We have used SkyExpress on many, many occasions over the years and have always found them to offer exceptional service. The drivers are professional, courteous and reliable. Despite our delayed domestic flight connection - SkyExpress met us with a smile and offered a smooth transition for three very weary travellers. It was such a relief to know that our holiday that was off to a rocky start was now completely hassle free. We are very grateful for their understanding and their willingness to accommodate this significant delay to our arrival time at Chitose. We have booked them for our return transfer to Chitose in February - and will continue to use SkyExpress for years to come. Thank you

5.00We were booked on Sky Express for a private transfer between New Chitose to Skye Niseko and back to New Chitose 5 days later. Boht the trips were pleasant. Both drivers were on time and helped with our baggages. Both drove with great care and enjoyed the 2.5 hours transfer each way. Highly recommended and will definitely use Sky Express again on the next trip.
