Real Alcazar de Sevilla
This will be a much deeper and in a reduced group visit to the Alcazar than the usual. We'll meet at the main monumental area of Sevilla. After the first insight and getting to know each other we'll enter the Alcazar. Once inside I'll give you explanations about the Justice Room and the Palace of Plaster. Then we'll see the House of Trade and the Admiral's Room and you'll discover the importance of Seville and the Alcazar during the discovery and conquest of the Americas. Our next stop will be at the Mudejar Palace, built by Peter I back in the 1300's. The mixure of the different Moorish styles with the Christian atmosphere made that every king wanted to leave his legacy in this magnificent structure. The last structure we'll visit will be the Gothic Palace, the first Christian building of the Alcazar. Then we'll head to the gorgeous gardens to finish our 2 hour guided tour at Maria Padilla Baths. Then you'll have all the time needed to explore the garden at your own pace

We had an amazing visit and fantastic guide in Guillermo. He is very well versed in the history of Seville and weaves in the Muslim/Christian dynamic in a very balanced way. This is highly recommended

Great tour with lots of historical information from Carlos with Seville Unique Experience. By far, the best tour with clear directions before the tour and during!

Our guide was very experienced and knowledgeable about the subjects. I learned a lot from him. We all felt. It was so much better than trying to do it on our own.

The Alcazar is an amazing place to visit. It is spectacular. From the big and grand to the intricate details. There is lots of history and our guide Valentin was very knowledgeable on the Alcazar and Seville's long history. He had lots of recommendations and could answer everyone's questions. It was great to do thr cathedral one day and the Alcazar on another.

The entrance ticket was never sent. Despite numerous requests in the previous days and the day set for entry, I did not receive the ticket. Viator even refused me a refund. I have found from other reviews that this happens often.

You will be most fortunate to book Cristina as your guide for Alcazar in Seville. She is so knowledgeable, personable, and kind. She took time to answer questions “outside the area of interest” which helped me to understand Seville (and Spain) better. Her calm demeanor, her intellect, and her willingness to engage made this one of the best tours we’ve taken ANYWHERE! A+++

Absolutely fabulous guided visit. Our guide Marta was very friendly and gave us great information throughout the tour. It was really helpful to be in a small group - Marta knew exactly where to stop, gave us the right amount of history/information, take photos and avoid the larger groups visiting at the same time. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great tour enhanced by our wonderful host Vallentin(e). His educational background is in history and he is a proud Sevillian. His knowledge and his enthusiasm made the ALcazar come to life. He loves to engage with his guests and after we learn to appreciate some Spanish history he made us honorary Sevillians.
