Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this session is designed just for you. I will custom-tailor the experience to meet your individual needs and comfort level.
Together, we’ll move through a fun and energetic flow that promotes mental clarity, deepens body awareness, and leaves you feeling calm, centered, and refreshed. Expect a supportive environment, clear guidance, and plenty of options to move at your own pace.

What To Expect
This yoga experience will guide you through a fun and energetic flow while finding your personal mind-body connection. From our meeting point, we will walk together to a quieter and more secluded area on the beach. We'll begin with a brief meditation to quiet the mind. In this idyllic setting surrounded by palm trees and the gentle, soothing sound of the waves, you'll feel all your cares start to melt away as we dive into a blissful hour of yoga, custom-tailored to your needs and experience. The 1-hour session will conclude with an optional Lavender Essential oil forehead and temple massage, leaving you relaxed and refreshed. Note: Please allow up to 90 minutes for this experience, which will provide a buffer time to walk to (and back) from our location on the beach.

Cathy guided our group of all levels - we had everything from a beginner to an expert and everything in between - through an amazing yoga practice on the beach. My 17 year old daughter and I did this together and we are so happy we did. We highly recommend!!

We did beach yoga in the morning to celebrate my Mum’s 60th birthday, with 12 of our family members, and it was such a special and memorable experience. Cathy was incredibly warm and thoughtful, and she tailored the class perfectly for a beginner level, making everyone feel comfortable and included. It was the perfect way to start the day and celebrate together!!!! :)

5.00An absolutely phenomenal experience! I would recommend this class to literally anyone visiting or living in San Diego. Cathy was AMAZING. After a week-long roadtrip across California, we were in deep need of a great stretch and strengthening class. This one exceeded our expectations. The beach in La Jolla was stunning, Cathy had the most calm, lovely energy, and her recommendations for places to hike and places to eat in the neighborhood were unbeatable!! We felt so lucky to have met her and taken her class. Don’t hesitate, just sign up!! We’ll be back!!
