In this groundbreaking day trip, you will get to taste the best of the west of Ireland in just a few hours. Sample south Connemara, explore Inis Oirr (the smallest of the Aran Islands), and take a cruise under the Cliffs of Moher. Coming back onto the mainland, we take in arguably the finest coastal drive in Ireland along the Wild Atlantic Way back up to Galway, along with a couple of various other short stops during the day.
What makes this day trip truly unique is that it is a looped route, so you are experiencing a completely different region of the West of Ireland in every hour that passes. You won’t see the same thing twice!

5.00The tour was timely, informative, and loads of fun. Eoin, our driver and guide of Lally Tours was exceptional- thoughtful, knowledgeable, and a fantastic sense of humor! We had a wonderful experience end to end, from a punctual pick-up and departure to breathtaking scenery including the Cliffs and a lovely jaunt of an afternoon in Inis Oirr. Eion made great recommendations both during and after the tours, pointing us to a delicious meal in Galway upon our return. Highly recommend and would do it again!

5.00This was a great tour and experience. Was great to get to see the cliffs from the sea! Our guide Shawn was great. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of insight into the country and this area. There are lots of options for tours and I’m so glad we went with the one going to rhe Aran Islands. YOU MUST go the horse drawn carriage ride on Ishineer island. They are given by locals who love on the island and the experience of learning from the locals is so important! Highly recommend for couples, families or even solo travelers.

4.00A rough beginning as our van broke down shortly after departure and Lally Tours and Phil were quick to respond and remedy the situation. Phil was full of facts, figures and anecdotes throughout the trip, all presented in humorous fashion. The scenery was spectacular, the tour company was accommodating by providing pick up near our hotel, and the day was everything we hoped for on our exploration of Ireland.

5.00The tour around Galway Bay was wonderful! The drive through the Burren National Park was spectacular! The Cliffs of Moher, Country Clare, were beautiful. And of course the Aran Island of Innisheer was captivating! Our tour guide Barry made the trip and the views come to life! We highly recommend this small group tour!!

5.00We had a very informative and fun day, despite the disappointment of the boat trip to the Cliffs if Moher being cancelled due to the weather. Instead we went to the top, then to Innisheer Island. Walked about exploring. Connor was great, as was our amazing driver.
