Nov 15 - Excellent alternative to another beach tour. It was a low impact activity and was a good mix of history, culture and foods. Both the guide and driver were friendly and helpful.

This trip was terrible. The driver was very good and kind. But she had a severe sore throat. This worried us for we don’t want to get sick on this trip. The 1st stop was absolutely terrible. Service and food. The coconut stop was not clean. Third stop was closed. The trip definitely wasn’t worth what we paid. The fourth stop okay because it had a bathroom, and we skipped the fifth stop. As I said, guide did her best but the few stops we did make were horrible. Sorry we wasted our day and money. We want a refund for the third stop.

Tour guide Endira was very nice and gave us a nice tour of the island, stopped to eat at two places (one on French side and the other on Dutch side) both on the water plus a rum / ice cream stop at Toppers.

Felt we only went to three food stops and one of them was gelato, definitely overpriced . Our driver was very nice and knowledgeable of island.

Alex was a great tour guide! We enjoyed most of the food. Would recommend if you want to experience local food and hear about the history of the island.

Our tour guide Alex was great but the tour itself left a lot to be desired. Based on the reviews I read our tour was very different than others. Our first stop we have a platter of general fried apps, then stopped at a coconut stand. Next restaurant was the "hidden gem" where we had to pay extra for what we ordered not knowing we had a limit. The last stop was rum and ice cream.

The food was fantastic, and our guide - Alex - was personable and provided great insight on both sides of the island with Dutch and French perspectives. There was some confusion about the pick-up point for cruise ship passengers - make sure you go out of the gate like you're going to walk to town. I was able to contact the tour operator, and Alex came back to pick us up despite the confusion and hour delay. Props to Alex for taking it in stride.
