5.00We went on the tour as a family, and it was perfect for all ages! Joris, our guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day fun and engaging. Highlights included exploring the caves, strolling around Walzin Castle with stunning river views, wandering through charming Dinant, and learning about brewing at the monastery with a tasting at the end. The pace was great, lots of variety, so both kids and adults stayed interested all day. Everything was well organized, from transport to timing at each stop. We felt relaxed, cared for, and never rushed. A full day of history, nature, and culture!

5.00This tour was absolutely a highlight of our trip! From Ghent, we left early and the drive to Dinant was scenic and peaceful. The riverside castle is stunning, it has amazing views… Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and full of interesting stories about the castle’s past, the region’s culture, and how the monks brew beer (yes, beer monastery!!!) The logistics were smooth, pick-up, breaks, food suggestions, time spent at each place. If you love castles, riverside settings, good beer, and want both relaxation and insight, this tour and Joris give you all you need! You’ve made this New York family very happy, thanks!

5.00This tour was our favorite adventure in Belgium. Joris picked us up at our hotel and started the journey with a personal history lesson. We learned so much about the economy, people and areas. Our first stop included coffee and tasting various types of cookies while enjoying beautiful views of the castle. Beer tasking in a private setting overlooking the gardens. Visiting the monastery was really nice. Chimay was amazing! Joris' timing was impeccable at each stop. We didn't wait in line at all. We tasted many different beers and learned so much. Being with Joris was like hanging out with a friend. He is a native and loves his country. With this personal tour, you get to see a lot of places that you wouldn't typically have access to with a bus tour group.
