Can confidentially recommend this tour for your trip to Luxor and Valley of the Kings! Well-worth the drive out the desert for the rich history. Nana was an awesome, informative & engaging tour guide, and gave us great tips as tourists to make sure we stayed safe & didn’t get hassled by locals asking for money (all-too common in Egypt). The bus was comfortable and group size nice, and coordination of the visits was well-planned. A few things we didn’t love to bring this to 4-stars: -There was a stop at an “authentic” alabaster workshop-seemed like a tourist trap and wildly overpriced, staff were pretty pushy too. -The morning ride there was fine-long but expected-though the ride back was rough. Our bus lost A/C in the heat of the desert, making the trip back 5.5hrs as we stopped multiple times to give the van a break and restart the A/C. -Our day ended up being an 18hr day by the time we arrived back at our hotel. I think they could manage that better by removing the alabaster visit to save 1hr+ and ideally making sure there is backup when they lose A/C-though know that’s not always possible!

Amazing day, so much covered and Ahmed was a very knowledgeable guide. Fantastic experience. Would reccomend to anybody visiting Egypt (make sure to wear light colours, flowing fabrics and comfortable footwear and light scarf to protect you from heat!) Great value for money trip, 5 stars!

The trip to Luxor was very impressive. Our guide Shaban was very eager to explain everything to us in detail in German. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the trip with Shaban at any time.

Ahmed was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable. Bought us treats. Very nice man. The bus was NOT air conditioned. The lunch was average. Plenty of cold water provided. The driver stopped for a few cigarette breaks which made the journey longer. Mivered by locals a lot. And security harassing you for money to get ‘exclusive’ photos.felt rushed on some of the sites so don’t get to see everything. The ‘optional’ boat trip wasn’t really ‘optional’ but well worth the money. Overall, a good day.
