Naples
Your day begins at 8:45 AM with meeting point at StarHotel Terminus (Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi, 91 – Naples). Board a comfortable minivan or minibus for a scenic transfer to the port of Piano di Sorrento.

1.00The train was delayed so I was concerned about meeting them on time so I contacted them via messaging as the numbers given to call wouldn’t work. They took so long to respond that there were no viable options to meet them and they refused a refund due to their slow response and incorrect information. Don’t let any response from them fool you. They are a nightmare to deal with and don’t care one bit that they cost me hundreds of dollars and a wonderfully anticipated trip that turned into a nightmare. STAY AWAY! DO NOT BOOK!!!!! I’m out money and memories so hopefully this will serve as a warning so no one else falls for them or anything they will try to say. It was devastating and even more so when I couldn’t get a refund. I know it is the clients responsibility to get to the meeting place on time but slow communication and incorrect contact numbers prevented that from happening until it was way too late. Maybe that is there plan? To respond late so they don’t have to take you?? Anyway we are devastated as it was the highlight of the planning to this area!

5.00Great experience, relaxing day with beautiful scenery. The guide/ boat captains were awesome and treated us well. Stops at Amalfi and Positano allowed shopping time and a chance to grab something to eat. Bring your swimsuit even if the weather is cooler. We went in April and didn’t go in the water, but 6 others did. Despite a cold water temperature, the others seemed to have really enjoyed the experience.

5.00Never got to go on this tour because of the small craft warnings and no boats were operating. However, they did give me the option of rescheduling, but that didn't happen because of the weather again. When we ran out of vacation time, we were given a full refund. Unfortunately, weather plays a big part in this tour, so just be prepared. I'm sure this would have been a great tour.

4.00The experience is great. The boat and the guide were entertaining. The distance from Naples to the port is approximately 90 minutes. The bus picks you up at the hotel, although as there are various activities starting from the same port, we were taken to your office in the port. The bus did not leave us in the port, but we had to walk 10 minutes through narrow streets.... We made 2 stops, in Amalfi (2h) and Positano (1.5h), the rest on the boat. It's several hours at sea, and you have to consider the wind. Wear some coat or windbreakers. The return to Naples was better organized.

3.00The tour was ok. Would have been nice if bus driver talked or better yet had someone else on bus telling us important features on the way to boat. One boat had someone on boat other than driver reliving important things. Trip was a very bare bones experience. Also had to wait half hour from boat check in until we got on boat.
