4.00Positive: Trip was good, fun. Van was clean and cool. Driver was very friendly. Negative: WIFI was removed from van and the driver didn't realize it until an hour into the trip. The van was musty. Either from the trip the day prior or the cabin air filters need to be replaced. Other than those 2 negatives, I highly recommend this experience!
Ward was an excellent guide, and the tour was very worthwhile

5.00Had a great trip with Ward to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. The whole day was really enjoyable, and Ward was the perfect guide; really informative, even for tips and recommendations elsewhere in Vegas for the rest of my stay. The only downside, which had nothing at all with One Day Tours or Ward, was the service (or significant lack of) in the restaurant at the Sky Walk at the Grand Canyon - really poor, but the food was ok, and it didn’t take the shine off the day, as everyone else was really friendly and accommodating. Thanks again, Ward, cracking tour!

5.00You never know what you’re going to get when you book a tour like this. This tour was better than I could have ever imagined! Our tour guide, Ward, had a wonderful personality, a vast knowledge of the area and a great sense of humor. The small group atmosphere gave you the opportunity to get to know your fellow travelers. The vehicle was comfortable, cool and clean. We bought the tickets that included the skywalk and lunch. Worth the upgrade. I would highly recommend going on this tour! I would do it again.
