What To Expect
Jeita Grotto
The Jeita Grotto, a system of two separate, but interconnected, karstic limestone caves which have formed over millions of years, is the longest cave complex in the Middle East. It is located 300 metres above sea level and has a height difference of 305 metres. The Jeita upper cave has an overall length of 2,130 metres and contains a great concentration of a variety of crystallized formations such as stalactites, stalagmites, columns, mushrooms, ponds, curtains and draperies. The lower gallery which has an overall length of 6,200 metres is located 60 metres below the upper gallery. It is traversed by a smooth underwater river and a lake.
The Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon
The shrine of our Lady of Lebanon is one of the most important shrines in the world honoring the Virgin Mary and located in Harissa, a key Christian pilgrimage site in Lebanon. The shrine is highlighted by a huge, 15-ton bronze statue of the Immaculate Conception, Mother of God. It is 8.5 m high and has a diameter of five meters. The Virgin Mary stretches her hands towards Beirut overlooking the Bay of Jounieh in one of the most attractive panoramic views in the world.

5.00Fantastic and well organized. At the time, there were just 2 of us in the group, so it made it even better. Hassan was a great host, very friendly and knowledgeable and speaks fluent English. Covered all the destinations as mentioned on the flyer and with time to spare in under 6hrs. There was no push to visit souqs to buy local items.

5.00What an unforgettable day! I visited Jeita Grotto, Harissa, and Batroun all in one trip—and having Hassane as our guide made it truly special. We started at Jeita Grotto, where Hassane explained the history and formation of the caves in a way that was both educational and fun. The boat ride inside the lower grotto felt magical—like stepping into another world. Next, we took the cable car up to Harissa. The views over Jounieh Bay were stunning, and Hassane shared deep insights into the spiritual and cultural importance of the site. His knowledge brought everything to life. We ended the day in Batroun, strolling through the old souks and enjoying the views by the sea. Hassane added so much meaning to every place we visited—turning a simple tour into a rich and memorable experience

5.00Pick up from hotel was very gentle. The guide Albert was very nice, a very good English-speaker and he had a lot of historical knowledge about Lebanon. So we see a lot in one day on this roundtrip - phantastic.
