Gerry was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the history of Galway and took us around town. The small group format gave us one on one time and I definitely recommend this tour.

Gerry was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable and he made our walking tour of Galway City quite enjoyable. You can't see it all in 90 minutes, of couse, but after the tour we did feel like we gained a much richer understanding of this fine Irish City. Good value and a Great Tour. Recommended!

Gerry was our guide, and he was terrific. It was Christmas Eve, and he told us the ins and outs of the holiday in Galway. We had yucky weather, but he made the time outside, walking around enjoyable and educational. I could have listened to him for hours. My kids (young adults) also said they had a great time with our tour. 5 Stars!

Gerry gave us a fantastic tour around Galway. My husband and I really enjoyed hearing the history and how it all contributed to the vibrant city we were visiting. Before the tour, my early teenage kids complained a lot about going on a walking tour (saying it was an old person thing to do), but at the end, even they said they really enjoyed it. No faint praise there! And my son was really glad that Gerry could point out where he could get the new Connaught rugby top! Thank you!

Learning the history of the city while walking through beautiful Ayre Square was a great experience. Gerry explained so much and was very interesting in his narrative. We enjoyed it tremendously and he left us with things to do on our own afterwards.

Dave Kavanagh was AMAZING!! I was so worried the tour would be cancelled because of weather or there were only being 3 of us, but NOT with Dave! He kept us entertained, knew so much not only about the city, but the history and how everything fits together. He had us walking around the whole city, seeing and learning so much. He explained why the city and items were in different areas. It was excellent!

We enjoyed the historical tour of Galway. I would have preferred to explore more of the side streets. Gerry was witty and knowledgeable of the area. He answered all of our questions and even shared personal stories too. Thank you!
