We got stuck at the second stop and we couldn't advance. The software wouldn't advance us to the next stop. We called for support and we're told that there was nothing they could do for us except refund our purchase price. They did give us a few suggestions for interesting things we could do on our own while visiting Burlington but could offer no other help on how to get the Tour working for us.

This tour was a great way to see highlights of the city and to learn about the history of Burlington and Vermont. Having audio would have enhanced the experience but for $27.50 it was very worthwhile.

Had some time to kill by myself and thought this was a nice option to partake. Tour is a good loop of key points around Burlington. Only notes are THERE SHOULD BE AN AUDIO OPTION! Didn't expect to spend $27 to use my own phone, walking on my own feet to read quick stories/facts on said phone while trying to find somewhere to stop and read and be out of the way. All stops are close by and it would've been nice to be able to pop in some ear buds as you walk between stops. Enjoyed but all stops and info is free, so price for this is too high IMO so giving average score. Also, trivia questions were a nice touch but seems out of sorts and "hints" weren't useful

The walking tour was great but it would have been better with an AUDIO component instead of having to read info on the iPhone. Also coming from out of state, it would have been helpful to know how the weather would affect the walk. It was VERY COLD and having to walk and scroll down on an iPhone with gloves was a challenge. Especially for visitors from CA who are not used to this type of weather. But overall informative and does give a great overview of Burlington!

I was glad there was a Burlington tour available for our short visit here, but the tour was super expensive for what we got. Should have been $10 at the most

If I hear my smartphone is going to guide me through a tour, I am expecting audio. Description says audio available from 2022. But still not available in 2023 I am taking a tour of Burlington. The last thing i want to do is stare at my phone while I am walking around. Very disappointing

The tour was informative and interactive. While Burlington is not a big city, we were not familiar with its highlights. The walking tour gave us structure to our exploration and provided information we wouldn’t have known otherwise.

The information is very interesting. Nice walk through the downtown area. It took me about 45 minutes to complete the tour. I felt it was a little pricey for the time/content. It is nice to do it at the convenience of my availability as opposed to a scheduled time.

The tour guidance and historical content were entirely written. We were able to take our time at each stop to relax and read the material. We were able to set our own pace.
