1.00At 3:30pm the day before the tour, they notified us they had cancelled the original tour. We were lucky to see the notice since we were on a cruise with limited coverage. They offered a substitute tour that we accepted. They showed up 1/2 hour late with a boat that had rubber baffles for the sides. These were all leaking air and they had a small electrical air pump that they used throughout the day, but it didn't really keep up. The seas were not really rough, but the ride was. Also, you have to straddle the seats like riding a horse. One of the passengers hurt his back from the rough ride and there were several frightened screams during the ride. We didn't think it was a safe ship and the driver didn't seem to be able to navigate it without slamming into the waves. I would not recommend this to anyone.

1.00They never even showed up and I was told by a local that they do it all the time . We waited at the address they gave which was a pier with absolutely no businesses only construction projects not opened . No email or phone call to even let us know . I wouldn't waste your time

5.00I had such a great time on this snorkel trip! The tugboat wreck was really cool to see up close, and the water was super clear, which made spotting fish and coral really easy even if you're not a pro at snorkeling. Caracasbay was beautiful and had a bit of a historic vibe, and the last stop at Spanish Water was super calm and relaxing perfect way to end the trip. The crew was friendly and helpful the whole time. Definitely worth doing if you're in Curaçao and want to spend some time out of the hotel

5.00This was such a fun trip, we saw so many colorful fishes while snorkeling. It was wonderful to sightsee the bay and fort. The crew was very friendly and helpful while going on and off the boat. The boatride itself is also a blast!

1.00They cancelled on us the night prior to coming into curaçao on our cruise ship leaving us with nothing to do for the day. They have tons of horrible reviews and I should have listened but when I contacted to company prior to booking they assured me this tour happens everyday. They are liars! Blamed it on jellyfish which is a laughable excuse.
Disappointed cancelled by vendor.

1.00The vender cancelled our excursion at the last minute with no explanation why. We were arriving on a cruise ship and it was too late to book another snorkeling excursion. We had booked weeks in advance and paid in full. I expect a full refund from Viator. If I had canceled with such short notice, I would get no refund. Very disappointed. It sounded like a good excursion. I guess we will never know.

5.00The boat ride to Tugboat Beach was exciting and fun on the open ocean. The snorkeling in and around the Tugboat was great - lots of colorful fish and corals below. The hike up to the Fort gave amazing views of the bays, ocean and surroundings. The high speed boat ride to and around Caracas Baai while sipping on tropical drinks was a relaxing way to end a fun and active afternoon.

5.00The crew Sam & Linda were awesome! Sam let my son captain the boat, and the snorkeling was great. The water was so beautiful! To top it off, Sam & Linda dropped us off right at our resort after the tour was over! HIGHLY recommend!!!
