  We were a little hesitate because we didn’t hear from the tour operator or the guide the night before as mentioned in the original booking, however Rayan, our tour guide apologized about the mishap and ensured everything would be smooth from that point on. He went above and beyond for me and wife. Picking us up from our airbnb, stopping at the local convenience store to ensure we had snacks for the road, assisting us while swimming in the river, etc. I could not have asked for a different tour guide or experience. We are forever friends and would highly recommend this tour and Rayan as your guide!

  AMAZING!!! Had the most memorable time!! Our memories will last a lifetime. Our tour guide Gloria was the BEST!! She was knowledgeable, sweet, kind, and had us laughing the whole time. She took beautiful photos for us, and shared so many interesting facts. The waterfall swim was beautiful!! The black sand beach was breathtaking, we felt as if the whole beach was reserved for just us to sit and enjoy! The restaurant with a view she brought us to was delicious, had delicious drinks and a view I'll never forget! We didn't want the tour to end or leave our new found friend Gloria!

  My wife and I took this tour and it was fantastic. Our tour guide Glory was amazing. She was super knowledgeable about not just the sites on the tour but about the whole Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. She was a pleasure to talk to and was able to answer all of our questions. She thought of everything we needed for our trip from snacks and drinks to beach chairs, towels and life vests . She was also very concerned for our health and safety when visiting El Hippie. I would recommend her and this tour to anyone who wants a personal experience in a safe and learning environment. She even took us to a great local restaurant and was able to answer our culinary questions. I wouldn't change a thing.   We had this tour planned for the second day of our honeymoon and the last day we were spending in San Juan. The tour operator canceled this tour sometime in the middle of the night the night before we were supposed to go on the tour. This was after we paid, filled out all waivers, and reconfirmed that we wanted to go. Because they canceled this so late we were unable to find a replacement tour. Their own policy asks for cancellations at least 24 hours prior, Viator should have a similar policy in place for vendors to protect their customers.

  We booked thru Viator and our tour did not show up. We called and reported it. We asked to reschedule for the next day. Our tour guide did not show up. Then when we called to inquire about it. There was no answer and no return responses. I would recommend not using this tour group. I will be disputing the charge since it was not refunded.

  We enjoyed getting out and exploring another part of the island without needing to rent a car. Our tour guide took us to “local” locations that were not crowded. We saw a natural swim pond in El Yunque, a black sand beach that no one else was on and a local restaurant right on the beaches of the southeast.

  Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable about the island. He said he was training someone who came along with us. I was under the impression that the price included lunch, but my husband ended up paying for the bill including the meals/drinks of the guide and his trainee. I don’t think the time was realistic for what it included. Lunch took very long and we only had about 15 mins at the black sand beaches, which was the reason that I booked the tour. Felt like we spent the majority of a very beautiful day in the car/ restaurant.

  Due to the weather, we were not able to go to the Black Sand Beach, but our tour guide Dessi improvised and catered to what we liked. We love to eat and drink, so she took us around to places we were meaning to go to in general, and showed us more local spots for food and drinks. It was kind of like a personalized food tour. We went through Guavate and learned of their traditional lechon. We also went over to Carolina and to Pinones. It was a perfect trip since the weather was bad and it was a first day in PR. We got a really exclusive experience. Hopefully we can come back and do the tour of the black sand beach.
