Getting to swim up close with these beautiful creatures and being able to observe them in their natural habitat is something rare and unforgetable! We do not feed the turtles or interfere with their natural lifestyle in any way, so this is a real nature experience!

This guided snorkeltrip will take you to one of the locations that's locally known to have the most turtles and a very good chance to swim with them. After the turtles it is a short and beautiful drive along a part of the south where you get to see some of Bonaire's beauty, history and conservation to see the wild flamingo's, the bonairian national animal. After the flamingos we make a short stop at the sorobon beach to explore or enjoy refreshments. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM/SNORKEL INDEPENDENTLY AND CAN'T BE UNCOMFORTABLE IN THE WATER. IT WILL LIKELY REQUIRE TO SWIM AT LEAST A SMALL BUT STILL NOTABLE DISTANCE TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AT THE TURTLES!!

My husband and I took this tour on March 24, 2026. We didn’t have a good experience because we’re not strong swimmers. This didn’t seem to be a tour from a company. A guy picked us up in a pickup truck. Two other people were on the tour also. He had masks available, but we had to clean the sand off before we could use them. He had a total of three flotation devices and one of them was torn up. Mine was missing the vertical strap. My husband and I finally saw one turtle about the size of your hand. The others who claimed to be strong swimmers saw two or three. The three-star rating in generous.

We managed to see two turtles and pink flamingos which was the objective of our activity. However, our stopover was short and our activity started 90 minutes late due to a mechanical problem suffered by a colleague of our guide. Our activity was therefore reduced by 45 minutes and was deprived of a stop in a very beautiful beach. Our guide was kind and helpful. Without this bad luck, our activity would have been magnificent.

They never picked us up...we waiting for 1 hour plus with little to no communication... they kept making us feel like it was all our fault yet they never wrote down our booking. Then we made a mistake on another booking but canceled within there 24 hour cancelation policy and they refused to refund us! Dont use this company if anything goes wrong ypu are screwed!!!

This activity was a bit of a disappointment for our group. The operators were polite but unengaging and a bit rough around the edges. The equipment provided (water shoes, masks/snorkels, flippers) was worn and ill-fitting. One pair of water shoes was worn through completely at the toes and they had no extras. Entrance to the water was rocky and the surf was rough getting in and out. Two guests gave up after just a few minutes and returned to shore. We did see several sea turtles once we got out to the area where they feed. Afterward, we were driven a few miles to a pull-off on the side of the road to view flamingos in salt water flats. They were quite distant and no binoculars were provided to view them. No amenities were provided, not even water.

Great guide. He was both knowledgeable and very caring and watchful during our time in the water. He took extra trouble to look for and guide us each to see many turtles.

Initially had our trip cancelled but we were offered another day or a refund. We were able to enjoy the trip and saw sea turtles as promised. The snorkeling was good and we also learned information about the island.

I truly enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Kenny, was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. We got to see various marine life, including turtles and octopus, and flamingos.

Jim is a knowledgeable guide. He found turtles right away. He was helpful with putting snorkel gear on. He knew exactly where to swim and find turtles. He taught us so much about the island!

The tour is highly recommended! The guide tells a lot, and has a lot of experience snorkeling with the turtles. He goes into the water with them, and takes pictures with the turtles’ own camera.
