First, Alex truly cares about the safety and enjoyment of his guests. He made sure that we all had good snorkeling equipment and provided some if we did not. He noticed one person had a brand new snorkel mask (sticker still on it) and recommended they use a "broken in" one instead. He offered no fog gel to prevent masks fogging up. That's all before we left the shore. The trip was divided into 3 separate experiences. The first was towing--which I had never done but found it relaxing and we saw turtles for the first time in FP--after having spent over 2 weeks there. We held onto a bar extended by a rope from the boat--to "start slowly and just search, look around, experience." Then we went to another area where we hopped out of the boat, stood in 4 feet of water, while Alex fed stingrays as he explained how to behave with them. They slid over him and us. We felt their smooth velvety gelatinous skin. All the while black tip sharks circled, flounder scuttled the sand below and other beautiful fish swam by. Our third stop was a large and beautiful coral garden. He told us, "take your time. Don't rush. You have plenty of time to explore." I took that advice to heart, and sometimes stayed in one place to watch the interaction of the tropical fish with other fish and the coral. Take a Go Pro or some other underwater camera (not a phone). We didn't and that's what we'll do next time. It was like swimming in an aquarium. Crystal clear, warm and shallow water teeming with marine life. At the he served snacks and juice made from the fruits of his garden. As a bonus for us, he dropped us off at the beach of our hotel which was not far from where we first joined him. Saved us a taxi ride! Definitely recommend Alex tours!!

Alex is an excellent guide. He provided exactly as described. A wonderful quiet snorkeling experience where we were able to view coral and sea life around the area. He was friendly and knowledgable and made us feel safe while swimming with sharks and rays.

This was one of the best experiences ever, Alex made the trip fun and totally worthwhile, we saw turtles, swam with stingrays and sharks very safe and lucly to get that close to them. The reefs he took us to see were amazing not to mention the fish, thank you Alex for a memorable day for our family.

This was hands down the best tour I’ve ever been on. It was so much fun, and Alex was incredibly nice, funny, and welcoming from start to finish. His unique towing experience with eagle rays and turtles was absolutely incredible—truly mind-blowing and unlike anything I’ve ever done. There were also plenty of opportunities to snorkel on our own, and the coral gardens were beautiful and unique. We saw an amazing variety of marine life, including an octopus, stingrays, blacktip sharks, colorful tropical fish, pufferfish, jackfish, and even the elusive “Nemo” (clownfish). I would give this tour a 15 out of 10! We seriously considered booking it again the next day (but he was fully booked)—that’s how good it was. Alex is very knowledgeable and clearly eco-aware and environmentally responsible, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, great customer experience. Turtle, rays, sharks, coral. This is the snorkeling you want to book. Alex knows his stuff and is so courteous. And he keeps his tours to small groups which is more intimate and impactful. To find the place, just turn exactly where you think you should turn based on your GPS and you’ll likely be correct.

Alex gave a fantastic tour of the lagoon in Moorea! This was only my second time snorkeling and he helped me feel comfortable and safe in the water and what an amazing environment for this! The water is warm, clear, and full of sights. We saw fish, more fish, sharks, rays, turtles, and more! Getting to see the ocean/lagoon so up close and personal with a history lesson along the way was such a great way to spend half a day. Couldn't have had a better guide! Thank you Alex!
