4 hours of happiness between west and north, sharks and rays, motu and sandbank, snorkeling and aquatic fauna, laughter and snack. We try to avoid rush hour and spots where there are too many people.

My husband and I were here for our honeymoon and booked the tour with Alex from a friends recommendation. The tour was fantastic and Alex was so welcoming. He took us to the best snorkeling I’ve ever done and we were often the only boat there. The tour only allowing 6 people is also great. I would do this tour again!

Alex gets continuous 5 star reviews here for good reason - we had an amazing time while Alex showed us around his backyard which was the Moorea Lagoon and Reef - He found us Manta Rays, sharks, turtles and stingrays - incredible knowledge and friendliness matched with a great concern for the environment - 10 stars if I could - THNK YOU ALEX !

Fantastic lagoon tour! Alex took us to 4 great spots, including the sharks and rays sandbar, 2 beautiful reefs, and a tow tour to see turtles and eagle rays. He timed each spot perfectly so we never encountered more than a few other snorkelers.

Can't really add much more to what has already been said about Alex and this tour...top notch indeed! The cool thing about our tour was that the day we did this back in October, a cruise ship just came in. Alex told us that we were going to do the snorkel spots in a different order than normal because the cruise passengers would have taken over our spots. Sure enough as soon as we left the first two, those spot were completely surrounded by tour boats. You would not have got that kind of treatment from other tours. Also, I can't emphasize enough (as others have in reviews) that his maximum is 6 people for his boat...which was great. We had our 3 couples together that we traveled with and took up the entire boats with no other strangers...it was perfect! Can't say enough about Alex! Do this with him for sure.

We’ve done several lagoon tours in Moorea on previous visits, but Alex Lagoon Tours absolutely topped them all. The small group of just six people made it feel personal and relaxed, and Alex’s local knowledge was second to none. He took us to the best spots ahead of the bigger tour groups, so we could fully enjoy the snorkelling and time with the rays and reef sharks without any crowds. A real highlight was being gently towed behind the boat - such a unique way to snorkel and take in the underwater beauty. We saw eagle rays, turtles, stingrays, reef sharks, giant clams, countless tropical fish, and the most stunning coral gardens. Everything about this tour was exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Moorea!

Absolutely amazing time with Alex. It’s such a personal experience and we loved every moment. We got to see sharks, feed the sting rays, swam with sea turtles, and ended the day in the most beautiful lagoon. It was just 4 of us on the trip and it was wonderful!

Alex operates a fantastic tour of Moorea’s lagoon. There are only 6 people on the tour which is perfect as there are large group tours that are not appealing to us. Alex explained each of the 4 stops and the conditions and features we would see. The lagoon is beautiful and each stop is different. We left early and beat most of the crowd. We highly recommend Alex’s tour
