5.00Welcoming was very warm, explanations clear. My husband and son did this snorkling, the instructor guided our son to show him as many things as possible and he saw 2 turtles ❤️ The group swim went very well, with too little taste;)

4.00A little confusion on where pick up was as I’m not staying at one of the big hotels, but a great experience after that. Good snorkelling with knowledgable guide and good equipment. Saw lots of fish and a turtle.

5.00Very nice excursion. We got a good briefing beforehand. Weather was nice. You go with a small boat to a nearby place where there is something to see. Went smoothly. We saw many fish and a few turtles. The guide was good, keeping an eye that everyone followed her and alerting when there was something to spot. I went with my husband and our 3 daugthers (17,14 and 10 years old) and we all loved it!
They say yes but they don't pick up at the hotel

1.00We were told that we were picked up at the hotel but this operator did not offer hotel pickup and we ran out of excursion after 1 hour of waiting and no longer gave us time to organize anything that day

2.00Meh. You just take the boat and travel 1-2 minutes from the coast. The boat is crowded. You cannot listen any explanation and once you realice, the tour is over and you barely haven seen some average fishes.

5.00The staff were all super friendly and professional! The snorkeling experience was fun, a short boat ride from the beach. The team prioritized safety and were always very watchful and attentive with my 10 yr old son. The price is fair!

3.00I couldn’t take full advantage of the experience because I had difficulty adjusting my diving glasses, which caused me to get water through my nose and, consequently, not put my head under water. But as soon as the instructor realized the problem, that issue was resolved and I still managed to take advantage of the experience.
