  We joined Ken’s tour as a group of two, and he contacted us on WhatsApp shortly after we booked. With a typhoon approaching, he was incredibly flexible and helped us change both the time and date at no extra cost.Ken speaks excellent English and was much more accommodating than most tour operators we’ve encountered in Okinawa. On the day of the tour, he provided dry suits and all the snorkeling equipment we needed. Before we got in the water, he thoroughly explained the safety procedures and set clear expectations for the experience.We had a few specific photo requests, and he went above and beyond to make them happen. His effort and attention to detail really made the trip special.We had an amazing time and a fantastic overall experience. Highly recommended! We won’t be looking for any other tour operators in Miyakojima—we’ll definitely be booking with Ken again on our next visit. 我哋兩人參加咗Ken嘅行程，訂好之後冇耐，佢就主動用WhatsApp聯絡我哋。因為當時有颱風接近，佢非常有彈性，幫我哋更改時間同日期，而且完全冇額外收費。Ken英文非常流利，亦比我哋喺沖繩遇過嘅大部分導遊同旅行團經營者更加好溝通、更加遷就客人。行程當日，佢提供咗乾式潛水衣同埋所有浮潛所需裝備。落水之前，佢詳細講解咗所有安全注意事項，亦清楚講明行程中可以期待同唔應該期待嘅嘢。 我哋有幾個特別嘅拍照要求，而佢盡心盡力幫我哋影。佢嘅專業態度同對細節嘅重視，令呢次旅程變得更加難忘。今次玩得非常開心，整體體驗亦非常出色，絕對值得推薦！以後再嚟宮古島，我哋唔會再搵其他旅行團，一定會再次搵Ken參加佢嘅行程。

  Fabulous. Ken was very informative and so lovely. He spoke perfect English and communicated lots of information before the snorkeling event. We got some great photos and highly recommend this tour.

  Ken is a wonderful and knowledgeable guide, he is experienced in both the activities and in the area. He is fully licensed and trained, which is a big plus. You do not need to bring much as he provides everything. The photos he provided were also great quality. I had a very enjoyable time on my tour, and found Ken’s communication and interaction to be fun, he also speaks great English. If you’re in the area, I would recommend this to tour for anybody.

  Ken was a fantastic guide for such a lovely experience. Our small group had a range of abilities, and he made sure we all had a great time. He was knowledgeable about the sea life we saw, and took fantastic photos that he sent us later that afternoon. His English is perfect too, so he is a great choice for any tourists who don’t speak much Japanese. 100% recommended.

  We cannot say enough good things about our snorkeling experience with Ken. Before we even started, he was so easy to communicate with and made us comfortable before we even met him. We took him up on his offer to pick us up from our hotel, and he was so engaging and excited to share about himself and the island with us. When we got to the beach, Ken showed us his safety credentials and gave us a safety talk before we got in the water and started. He made us feel so comfortable. Ken was a master in the water - so knowledgeable about the different fish and knew exactly where to find turtles and other beautiful creatures. He brought a waterproof camera and took spectacular photos of us, all included in his price! Especially as two American, English-speaking tourists, Ken was the perfect option for us. I cannot recommend him enough - spend the morning with Ken in the ocean, and you surely won't regret it!

  Ken is so nice and a wonderful guide. We saw a turtle and Nemo fish. He was kind, patient, careful, and understanding. This tour is friendly for English speaking visitors and it doesn’t take on a lot of customers, which is helpful for beginners. Definitely recommend!

  If you want to explore the beautiful sea of Miyakojima then look no further than Ken. Ken is a world traveller, fluent in English, and fully licensed for all activities. He takes safety very seriously and explains everything thoroughly, but he is also determined for you to have a fun time. Ken himself is very energetic or 元気/genki in Japanese. We very lucky to get out alone for a sunrise snorkelling session where we saw some beautiful coral, sea-life, AND a massive stingray. Ken also took some amazing pictures of us and provided some excellent recommendations for the rest of our trip. As I said, Ken is your man!

  I highly recommend this tour! Ken is a wonderful guide — kind, knowledgeable, interesting, and genuinely fun to spend time with! He is an English-speaking tour guide, and his English is excellent, which made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was how organized and communicative he was. We knew exactly where to meet, all of our gear was prepared in the correct sizes ahead of time, and he took us to amazing spots with beautiful coral and underwater wildlife. You can tell he really knows the area and he’s passionate about what he does. Ken also puts safety first, which is incredibly valuable because the waters here can be unpredictable if you’re not from here or unfamiliar with the conditions. We felt very safe and well taken care of. On top of that, he’s a great resource for local recommendations and shared lots of helpful tips about the area. =) Overall, this was a memorable experience, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Miyako Island!
