  We went snorkeling with them. A beautiful experience that one must live once in a lifetime. It includes all the complete equipment and they take you by boat to several different places to try to see the turtles, although it is not guaranteed, but they try their best! Unfortunately, there were waves and I got very seasick, but they were very attentive to me and quickly brought me to the shore while the group continued snorkeling. All the guys were very nice, spoke Spanish, and took photos or videos without any problem, thank you 🥰

  I went alone and it was the best experience ever. Jorge was super kind and accompanied me throughout the whole experience so I felt less alone! Was so lucky and saw 3 turtles and soooo many pretty fishes! Everyone from the company was super nice! Will definitely come back once I come do ilha do sal again! Thank you for everything!

  The guides were nice and did everything for us to have a good experience. They dive down with our camera and filmed for us when we couldn’t. We both saw turtles and the shipwreck. Although we were lucky underwater, the boat trip to the spot is also fun and part of the experience

  We did two snorkeling tours and loved :D During one of them we even saw a SUCKLER SHARK! Great team of professionals, always attentive, guiding you at all times in your exploration to enjoy the fullest experience. Next time we will definitely encourage you with diving!!

  Unfortunately, this experiment was not worth the 38 euros spent. Our snorkeling experience started at 14:30 at the meeting point in Santa Maria, with an expected duration of 2 hours of activity. The tickets were booked through the “get your guide” app, which we did not get any problems with until then. However, we were informed that we would be entitled to transport from the hotel to the meeting point around 14:25. We wait until 15:00 and nothing. We decided to send a message to the manager and question whether, by chance, there were changes in schedules or, in the worst case, the cancellation of the activity that day. Apparently there was a misconception about our reservation, so we were apologized and, without any delays, provided the promised transport. We arrived at the activity site around 15:15, 45 minutes after the start of the activity. On the spot, we were supplied with the masks, the beads and the vests, quite urgently, since the rest of the group was already prepared and waiting for us. At this point, no safety or correct use instructions were given. Despite the ease of use of the masks and the breathing tube, I think it would be sensible to provide the main rules and facilitate participants comfort during the activity. During the activity there were no explanations about what we were observing. Out of curiosity, we questioned one of those responsible for the shipwreck we had just seen. To those he replied, with doubts, that it would be “a Portuguese boat with more than 130 years”. In fact, quite enlightening. However, he earned a point for effort and sympathy, unlike the others responsible. Finally, we ended our experience around 16:30, which gives a total of 1h30min of activity, counting with the boat trip, which lasted about 10/15min. That is, at the bottom, the activity lasted 1h and 15min, practically half the duration promised when booking the activity. I want to believe that it was an exception and that, in fact, this is not recurring. However, I couldn’t help but comment on my experience and the bitter taste I got at the end of this trip.

  Had a brilliant trip. It was only me so it made it a little more special. Taken out on a boat and then snorkeling with a guide for 40 minutes. Lucky to see turtles.

  It all went rather clumsy, then swimming here again, then back there, very wild sea, people lousy and finally nothing seen

  I did the snorkeling excursion with them, I found myself very well, organized and professional, despite the sea conditions were not perfect, they did everything to make the excursion pleasant! Turtles, lots of fish and pleasant and professional people! Recommended!

  When I look at the pictures advertising the tour I ask myself if it was another part of the world. Was it the weather? The season? I went with some friends. We asked what level was required and we were told "basic". But this was not really the case. We were thrown in the wavy ocean, where we could only see some shadows of fish ( for sure plenty , but visibility was very poor) and luckily the silhouette of a turtle, then rushed to another place where many of us stayed on board while the others had a 5 min swim to see a statue ( was this the wreck?) . Boat driver was quite sporty , going really fast, and people were feeling sick. it would be better to be honest , make guests aware of the level required and the risks and cancel the trip if the conditions are not ideal.

  Before booking the trip we asked what swimming level was required and we are told "basic". The afternoon of our tour was extremely windy and the sea was very wavy. The weather conditions did not allow for a pleasant exploration of the ocean bed, not even for the good swimmers in our group. The group consisted of 16 to 20 people with 2 guides. The boat ride out to sea was extremely fast, cutting the waves, just very nauseating. The visibility under water was very poor. We hardly saw any marine life, nor the reef or the wreck that were listed in the description of the tour. Many of us were very cold and uncomfortable and therefore we returned ahead of time. The tour should not have been organised in such weather conditions. It just felt like the organisers took the opportunity to make the extra money knowing they would not be able to provide the experience that the tour advertised.
