What To Expect

We'll drive the snowmobiles to the highest point of the area, with a beautiful view over the lakes and valley. Big chance to see wildlife like reindeer and moose on the route.

Oatfield Huskies

Our accredited guide will meet you at the kennel where you will get the information about the snowmobile and the tour. You will get snow overalls to put over your own clothes and this is the starting point of your tour. We offer a meal in the grillhut after the tour with a hot drink around the fire.

Driver & Passenger: 2 people per snowmobile: This price is for 2 people sharing 1 snowmobile. There will be the possibility to swap drivers.

It was an incredible experience for us on the snow scooters. Our guide, Caleb, was extremely kind, and all the people around were absolutely amazing. The instructions were clearly given, and everything took place in a friendly atmosphere. I’m really looking forward to visiting again sometime in the future. Thank you so much!! Peter and Zuzana

We had a really great guided tour today with very competent and friendly guides. At the beginning there were warm clothes and an insightful briefing. The rod was very varied across the lake, through the forest up to a great vantage point. There was delicious food and interesting conversations. We would recommend it to others!

After a brief introduction, the snowmobile tour started. Unfortunately, it hadn't snowed enough yet, so we could only stay on the forest paths and couldn't drive right through the forest. Nevertheless, it was a fantastic experience. The tour was great and we were able to take turns driving at any time. The staff were super friendly and we were able to chat with them after the tour over coffee, tea and a snack by the fire. Although we hadn't booked a dog tour, we learnt a lot about dog sledding. You could tell how much the guides enjoyed working with their dogs and also with the tourists.

Fantastic experience. Thorough briefing, followed by a super tour, great fun, amazing views Wrap up warm! Toes and knees can get cold - wear the overalls!

We booked a very last minute snowmobile tour with Oatfield farm. As they were fully booked with the daytime tours, they were ready to accommodate our wish and make us a 'night' tour so we got to ride in the dark. Due to warm weather there wasn't enough snow to go off the trails, but we were warned about it beforehand and we were still happy we got the experience. Ben and Caleb who took us around were really genuine and helpful. We really liked the bonfire and delicious hot dogs after the tour, nice talks and hot tea. Ben was also happy to show us and talk a bit about their main passion - the huskies. We would recommend Oatfield farm for their hospitality and professionalism. Ps. They also gave us the gear - a jumpsuit and a helmet. We wish you a successful New Year and good luck with the husky competitions ahead!
