Snow shoeing is fun and we know some of the best areas to go. Since the trail is covered in snow and there aren't any markings, its good to have a guide who knows where to go and how not to get lost.

Our hike will vary depending on the season, but we typically visit either an alpine lake or a historic ranch with structures dating back over 100 years. We’ll drive approximately an hour and a half past Nederland to reach the trailhead deep in the Rockies. The hike covers 4 to 4.5 miles. For a closer and easier option near Denver, we offer a 3.5-mile hike around a bison preserve. This trail not only provides stunning views but also gives you a chance to see bison up close if they're near the fence. There is also another nice hike above red rocks that has the ruins of an villa that was burned down. Depending on trail conditions, we may use microspikes instead of snowshoes. Microspikes can be easier to manage over time and are provided at no extra cost. We also supply hiking poles and gaiters to keep snow out of your boots. We'll enjoy a sandwich, snacks, and chips on the trail before heading back downhill to the van for the return drive to Denver. Snowshoeing is a fun way to explore winter landscapes, and I know some of the best spots. With trails covered in snow and lacking markings, having a guide ensures you stay on track and enjoy a safe adventure. Hope to see you soon!

Jeremy is one of the best tour guides I've had traveling across various places. He's knowledgeable, paces to your pace, and is very flexible for any issues or concerns. This tour is a small group tour but you can potentially be the only one on tour, but Jeremy will make sure that any trail he takes you on is 1 - respectful of you and the group's health because altitude is rough for most people 2 - respectful of the weather because it can snow or be muddy or so on which can be hazardous to tread on. And he will take care of you during the hike. You are essentially paying for a guide to some lesser gone trails, the more popular trails are an option of course, but he'll guide you and make sure you won't get lost - and also carry all the equipment you need. He carried water, prepped sandwiches for a good break, snowshoes (which were funny), ice spikes for your shoes if it's that bad, peppermint tea, and hiking sticks. Like you cannot go wrong booking with this one if you found that the other tours don't scratch that hiking itch. And I know, I used 3 separate tour companies. There was only one other that gave me an okay hike but this one gives you a great hike

Jeremy is a local entrepreneur. He is able to tailor his tour to the audience. I am 64 and live at sea level so he let me take a shorter hike. He packed a yummy sandwich. We sat and ate lunch with a gorgeous view. He carried a backpack with all the gear: crampons, snowshoes, poles, lunch, water.. I was able to leave my backpack in the car.

Jeremy took us hiking on Mt Falcon. Great adventure and beautiful views. Jeremy brought sandwiches and hot chocolate for us which was very nice. He also drove us to Red Rocks Amphitheater and a quick tour of the small town of Golden. It was a wonderful experience. Jeremy is a great guide, very friendly and informative. Would highly recommend this tour.

The Most memorable part of this Beautiful Journey was the history that came with the Journey! There was so much history behind the cabins, the mine it just blew my mind ! And there's also the fact that there were movies made in the same location where we were walking! Our tour guide Jeremy did a phenomenal Job driving us there and keeping us safe on the trail as well as teaching us the history lessons.

Jeremy did an awesome job leading the snowshoeing. He led me on a trail to see an old mining town, which was very cool.

I had a great adventure to the frozen lake with Jeremy. All equipments, snacks and water are prepared by Jeremy. The pick up was straight from hotel downtown. It's my first time for hiking in snow, and it was a wonderful experience.

This was my first adventure snowshoeing, and I absolutely loved it. My favorite part of the tour was being able to hike the mountains, catching all the views, and seeing the frozen lake. This was an experience I will never forget. We also had hot soup at the end of the tour. Thank you so much for an unforgettable moment.
