SOBERANÍA PARK HIKING PIPELINE ROAD- DURATION 6 HOURS
Your adventure begins at the Pipeline trail Gamboa park with a pickup at 6:00AM at your hotel located in Panama city. The hiking excursion goes deep inside the Soberanía National Park Jungle for four kilometers. Your guide will take you through the rain forest where you will enjoy the nature and wildlife. The Pipeline boasts an impressive list of 525 species of birds including the Black Hawk eagle, Black cheeked woodpecker, Antshrike. Soberania is also home to 105 species of mammals including Two and Three-toed Sloth, 4 species of monkeys.

4.00Great guide, really kind, knows the area really well, knows a lot about the wildlife. It was an interesting and fun afternoon. Really recommended to visit it with a guide because otherwise you risk to miss plenty of animals and more information about them. Due to damage or maintance works the current choice of trails in the park is limited to the main forrest road. The park also allows some cars there on the first part of the forrest, which is a small nuissance. The animals made up for it cause they were very active in that part and of course the guide is not to blame for this . Once beyond the car part, the hike became really nice.
