What To Expect
Guests book directly online and receive instant confirmation from Bansko Concierge VIP. Before travel, we collect flight details or pickup address to schedule the driver. On the day of service, your English- or German-speaking chauffeur meets you at Sofia, Plovdiv or Thessaloniki Airport with a name sign, assists with luggage and provides bottled water and Wi-Fi. For hotel or chalet pickups in Bansko, Razlog, Banya or Dobrinishte, please be ready 10 minutes before departure. The drive to Bansko takes about 2 ½ hours through scenic mountain roads. On return, we pick you up at your accommodation and take you back safely to the airport. All vehicles are winter-equipped and child seats are available on request.
