What To Expect

Relax and enjoy your Sound Journey at Island Yoga. You will be immersed in sound from an assortment of instruments, including gongs, drums, crystal bowls all highlighted by a backdrop of the islands sounds of nature. We also have our hammock option. Come and relax suspended in a silk hammock! We play an assortment of instruments from gongs to Himalayan bowls all around your body to lead you into a deep sense of relaxation. If you enjoy sound journeys and gong relaxations this literally is next level. We conduct our event in an open air Balinese shala, all you have to do is relax back and enjoy the sounds of the instruments and the sounds of nature. The experience is limited to 10 people to ensure an intimate experience, book early! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. Doors will close promptly at the scheduled start, and late entry will not be permitted to maintain the integrity of the experience.

What‘s Included

Sarongs, eye masks, bolsters and pillows are all included for your comfort and enjoyment.

Absolutely incredible! I visit yesterday and still reflecting on it. True spiritual journey. If you like yoga nidra, this activity is a must! I believe that anyone will enjoy though. The place and the garden are beautiful. Host is really nice and will answer all of your questions and show you the instruments. Highly recommended, don’t leave it for your last day in Lembongan.

Went here with my teenage daughter. Easy to find, well signposted. Nicholas is lovely and chill. He explained things well. My first time at this and I felt very safe and relaxed. My daughter thought it a bit woo woo but I was conscious of parts of my body reacting to the different sounds. So who knows. 🤷‍♀️ Well worth a try. Make sure you book early as he’s very popular.

Extremely difficult to find, no street signage . Directions were a laneway next to a bar which we went down to be told it’s 10 Meters down the road , y the time we Arrived 5 mins later to be turned away at the door ; a party of 3 Not offered a refund or offered an alternative, as we left a party of 6 were also turned away at the door We paid $20 per head so our party of 3 plus the other party of 6 , they took $180 for no service delivered Would not recommend this experience to others . Very disappointing .. made to feel unwelcome , as we left , dissatisfied.

The place has a nice atmosfeer and a chill vibe. During the session you will be out of your head and not thinking at all. You feel so relaxed afterwards and totaly zen. You din’t have to be a yoggi for this it’s more meditational.
