What To Expect
To ensure the smooth coordination of your arrival, we kindly ask that you provide the following essential details: *SOUTHAMPTON CRUISE TERMINAL PICK-UP -Cruise name -Scheduled disembarkation time -Pick up time On the day of arrival, our professional driver will make every effort to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp. If contact cannot be established, please be assured that the driver will be present at the cruise terminal at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. He will be waiting at the cruise disembarkation gate, holding a personalised sign displaying your name for easy identification. *SOUTHAMPTON HOTEL PICK-UP -Hotel name -Pick up time Our professional driver will endeavour to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp to ensure clear and ongoing communication. Should it not be possible to establish contact for any reason, the driver will proceed to meet you at the scheduled time at your hotel lobby. In all cases, the driver will assist with your luggage, escort you to the vehicle, ensure your comfort, and transport you safely to Gatwick or Heathrow Airport (depending on which option you choose). Upon arrival, your luggage will be unloaded and the driver will bid you a courteous farewell.

5.00Great service again from this company. Good, clear communication from the booking to the pick up and drop off. On time. Very accommodating. Safe comfortable drive. We were 6 people plus large luggage. We travelled as a band with all our instruments which were carefully packed in the large Mercedes. Bottled water provided for us. Very clean and tidy in the taxi. Took the stress out of the journey. Highly recommend. We will be booking with Ziegert Airport Taxi transfers again next year.
