To ensure the smooth coordination of your arrival, we kindly ask that you provide the following essential details: *SOUTHAMPTON CRUISE TERMINAL PICK-UP -Cruise name -Scheduled disembarkation time -Pick up time On the day of arrival, our professional driver will make every effort to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp. If contact cannot be established, please be assured that the driver will be present at the cruise terminal at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. He will be waiting at the cruise disembarkation gate, holding a personalised sign displaying your name for easy identification. *SOUTHAMPTON HOTEL PICK-UP -Hotel name -Pick up time Our professional driver will endeavour to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp to ensure clear and ongoing communication. Should it not be possible to establish contact for any reason, the driver will proceed to meet you at the scheduled time at your hotel lobby. In all cases, the driver will assist with your luggage, escort you to the vehicle, ensure your comfort, and transport you safely to London. Upon arrival, your luggage will be unloaded and the driver will bid you a courteous farewell.

5.00Found and contacted via Google. From the beginning I had found a very nice and patient contact in Krystian. Thanks to Google translators, I understood everything. Krystian advised me very well and took away the fear that something was going wrong. He contacted me independently and said when he would arrive and how to find him. As a passenger of a cruise ship, you have little time and Krystian knows that and plans enough time for the journey. Krystian was very nice and accommodating. We had a good chat and he drove very well. A calm driver, knows how to drive properly. Great!!! In addition, Krystian has always kept an eye on his sat nav and traffic news, responding to traffic jams in time. Even my special request for stamps he was able to fulfill by the way and made a detour to a still open post office, so that I could buy my stamps there and send the mail immediately. In the end I paid in euros and am happy when I come back to Southampton. Then I will book Ziegert Airport Transfers again for my private tours. By the way, the car was a really pretty, totally clean and comfortable car - I would call it a sedan - which makes you feel special again. Thank you. It was really great.
