We offer daily food market tours and hands-on cooking classes in the heart of Triana.
We’ve been working in Triana Market for over 10 years. We know the vendors personally, source our ingredients locally, and share the flavors of Spanish cuisine through tradition, passion, and real market culture.
During the class, guests actively take part in preparing the dishes. Whether you're a novice or an experienced cook, you’ll learn new skills and techniques in a fun, welcoming environment.

There’s no better way to immerse yourself in Seville’s rich culinary culture than with a hands-on cooking class and a visit to a local food market. Meet your friendly guide at the vibrant Triana Market, where you’ll find colorful produce, succulent meats, fresh cheeses, and other regional delicacies. Work alongside our expert chef and learn to blend local ingredients and spices to create the unique flavors that define Spanish cuisine. All ingredients and materials are provided. During the class, enjoy our homemade sangria. At the end, savor the dishes you’ve prepared, paired with up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine, or local beer). We accommodate all dietary restrictions—just let us know in advance if you need any menu changes. Once back home, you’ll be able to recreate the experience. We’ll provide written recipes and plenty of tips! Please note we have four kitchens in the Triana area: two inside Triana Food Market, one on Calle Castilla, and one at Plaza de Chapina. Regardless of the kitchen used for your class, the meeting point is always the same: inside Triana Food Market, stalls 75/77.

My mother and I had the best time at this cooking class in the Triana Market during our stay in Seville! Our chef was amazing, super friendly and had a good sense of humor. We learned how to make a traditional Andalusian soup, side dish and paella- all so delicious! Highly recommend if you’re looking for something fun and different to do while in the area.

So much fun. Great way to get to know fellow travelers, and the chef and all employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. One of the best activities I’ve ever done on a trip.

This tour is great!! Our guide Carmen and Chef David were excellent! Very informative Market Tour and we learned so much about local ingredients. Then the cooking class was super fun and hands on. Each of our family members participated with some cooking skill and we all loved it!! The Chef was very organized and paced well. He assisted in all the steps and gave everyone a chance to be a chef. Excellent tour and highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the Triana Market Tour and Andalusian cooking class. We have taken other cooking classes in Spain but very much enjoyed this one. My family enjoyed the salmorejo and spinach and chickpea dish, but the paella was a standout. 2 of us had the chicken paella, and 2 of us had the vegetarian paella. Luis and Pedro did a great job teaching about the history and traditions of Andalusian cuisine. We learned a lot, including how to break down a whole chicken and pare an artichoke. Great experience!

This was definitely a highlight during our time in Sevilla. The brief tour through Triana included an interesting dive into sourcing of olives and oil oils from Spain. Once in the kitchen our entire family of ten had the opportunity to participate in the preparation of a delicious soup, starter and paella. Dom did a terrific job of explaining each step and demonstrating some new preparation techniques for us to use at home. I promise that you will be happy you decided to participate in the fun activity.

We did this paella cooking class a few weeks ago and it was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Seville - especially as a perfect, rainy day activity! We booked a private class for our family of three, and it was such a fun, relaxed, and memorable experience. Our session was led by Domenico, who was absolutely fabulous — warm, engaging, knowledgeable, and very easy to learn from. The experience started with an introduction and a guided walk through Triana Market, where Domenico introduced us to the different stalls, ingredients, spices, and local produce, explaining how everything fits into traditional Andalusian cooking. It was fascinating and really set the tone for the class. After picking up a few ingredients, we headed back to start cooking. We made sangria, salmorejo, and a traditional chicken and rabbit paella. None of us are regular cooks or have much cooking experience, but Domenico made everything very approachable, hands-on, and enjoyable. There was no pressure at all — just lots of learning, laughter, and great food. The best part was that everything we made tasted absolutely delicious. This was a fantastic family experience and a perfect blend of culture, food, and fun. Highly recommended — especially if you can book a session with Domenico!

Had a great time with the market tour — Sabrina was very knowledgeable — cooking the salmorejo, spinach and garbanzo appetizer, and paella. Dom was a great chef and made the whole experience fun and informational. Can’t wait to make these foods at home!

Great way to spend a morning or afternoon in Seville! Market tour with Noelia was fun and informative and cooking class with Maria was a blast! Great, fun atmosphere and the paella was some of the best we’d had in Spain on our trip. Highly recommend!
