There’s no better way to immerse yourself in Seville’s rich culinary culture than with a hands-on group cooking class and a visit to a local food market.
Meet your friendly guide at the vibrant Triana Market, where you’ll discover colorful produce, local meats, fresh cheeses, and other regional delicacies.
Cook collaboratively alongside fellow food lovers and our expert chef, learning together how to combine local ingredients and spices to create the flavors that define Spanish cuisine. This is a fun, social experience where everyone prepares the dishes as a group.
All ingredients and materials are included. During the class, enjoy homemade sangria while cooking together. At the end, share the meal you’ve prepared, paired with up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine, or local beer).
We accommodate all dietary restrictions—just let us know in advance.
Please note we have 4 kitchens in the Triana area, but the meeting point is always the same: inside Triana Food Market, stalls 75/77.

I was looking for a fun family experience for our extended family that included grandparents and young adult kids that are just learning how to cook. The market tour with Noelia was super informative with interesting factoids. Chef Dom was a perfect catalyst to get everyone involved with a lot of humor infused. Everyone really enjoyed it because it was so interactive, relaxing and fun. Everyone had a different favorite dish. Now that Chef Dom emailed us the recipes, we will have to see who has the courage to replicate his paella at home!

We had an amazing experience touring the Triana market with Carmen. She gave us some unique insight to the market and surrounding area. We had a pleasant walk along the river to the cooking studio where we had a great time cooking as a group. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Sevilla.

It is an excellent experience both from the market tour to the cooking class. Luki and Anna made the class interesting and fun. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The dishes we made were delicious, Anna provided the background to each dish and gave great tips on how to makes these at home. Highly recommend this class.

This was an excellent experience, both Carmen our guide for the Market tour, and Leo our chef, were professional and knowledgeable! Excellent price/value! Leo explained all the details for the three course meal we prepared: Salmorejo, Spinach with chickpeas and PAELLA! He shared all type of tricks to get the best results. All participants had a go preparing the food. Carmen showed us how to prepare sangria. At the end we had a delicious mint/lemon sorbet. The place is clean, cool, and large enough to accommodate 12 people. The food we prepared was delicious! 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏

Informative tour of several stalls in the traditional marketplace. The chef in the cooking portion was terrific - patient, gave clear instructions and made sure it was fun for everyone. No cooking experience needed.
