Cooking School is located right inside Triana Food Market. We offer daily food market tours and cooking classes.

During the class, guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of the dishes, as classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.

This was an amazing experience! Even though I’m quite the novice in the kitchen, this was such a good class - the dishes were delicious, and our hosts Kai and Carlo were great. Kai gave us lots of interesting information on the various regional specialties (jamón, olives, saffron) and the history of the market. Carlo was engaging and funny, and was an excellent teacher. We learned how to make TRUE paella (not “rice with things”!), and the salmorejo soup was outstanding and is easy to replicate at home. SUCH a great class!

Amazing time learning in the market about the spices and ingredients that we used in the kitchen, We had great fun with Leo cooking and joking around! Fabulous and fun, do it!

Great experience - learned not only about the Triana market but also about jambon, olives and spices. Wonderful chef/teacher Dom - he's clear, entertaining, fun. Great instruction, delicious food.

Tour of market was very interesting, so glad it was included, with lots of detail about local products, fruit and veg. Cooking class was amazing, lots of tips and suggestions plus a fun atmosphere.

Fantastic experience! 100% recommend. The women who ran the market tour and cooking class were incredibly knowledgeable and nice. We learned so much and then prepared and ate a fabulous meal. Best experience so far in Sevilla!
