Full meal. You eat what you have cooked.
There's no better way to immerse yourself in Seville's extraordinary culinary identity than with a cooking class and tour of a local food market. Meet your friendly guide at Triana Market, where vendors sell colorful produce, succulent meats, fresh cheese, and a variety of other local delicacies. Work with our chef and discover how to combine various ingredients and spices to achieve the special zest that sets Spanish food apart from the rest. All ingredients and materials are provided by the school. Sangria and table olives are served during the class and at the end guests eat what has been cooked, accompanied by up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine or local beer). All of our recipes can be adapted to any dietary restriction. Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required. Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will give you written recipes and lots of tips! Due the current circumstances we will provide our guests with nitrile disposable gloves and hand sanitizer. Participants must bring their own mask, as we will all use it during cooking time. We have reduced the capacity of our classes to guarantee the safety distance.

Would thoroughly recommend. Never done anything like this before but we both thought it was the best of our various tours/activities that we did. I’m no great cook but instructions and guidance was great so we ended up with three really tasty meals to enjoy once we finished. Good fun.

What a fantastic idea - more place should offer this type of experience. Leo and Carmen were fun, knowledgeable and excellent all around teachers. And the lunch we made (gazpacho, spinach and chick peas, and chicken paella) was fresh and delicious. It’s a great way to learn about the history, agriculture and culinary traditions from different parts of Spain.

This was one of our highlights of our visit to Seville. We had so much fun! We learned about the different vendors in the market before we prepared our food, we created multiple delicious courses with people from multiple continents. Would HIGHLY recommend!!
