Your morning in Seville starts where locals have shopped for generations. A guide walks you through Triana Market — the city's most beloved food hall, in the heart of Seville's most authentic neighbourhood. You'll explore the stalls, meet the vendors, and learn what makes Andalusian ingredients different before you cook a single thing. Then it's straight into our kitchen, where a professional chef leads a fully hands-on, collaborative class. This is not a demonstration — everyone participates, cooks together, and takes part throughout. Sangría is served throughout the cooking session. When you sit down to eat, two additional drinks per person are included, with a choice of white or red wine, beer, or soft drinks. You'll leave with the recipes to recreate them at home. English only · Suitable for all levels · Suitable for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. Please inform us in advance so we can adapt the menu accordingly.

The directions provided by Viator were terrible and far from accurate. However, the staff at the cooking class, Maria and Carmen were awesome. Highly recommend this class if one is interested in learning how to make some delicious Spanish dishes.

Fanatastic from start to finish. Loki (hope i spelt that right) was a great guide around the market and very informative. He made sure to include the whole group and set a good atmosphere for the day. He also.made a nice Sangria. Chef Ana was very authentic and explained everything shewas doing. It was a mixed group with people from Canada, the US, Australia ns myself and my husband from Scotland. The group mixed well and we made some amazing food.

Our visit to Spain included many beautiful sights and great experiences. One of the highlights was our time with Chef Maria at Taller Andaluz de Cocina. She took us on a tour of the market, and together we prepared salmorejo, paella, and more under her guidance. Although we are both experienced cooks, we had the impression that Chef Maria could have adjusted to any skill level for an informative and enjoyable experience. She shared her knowledge about maintaining authenticity with the food and had many tips about achieving the right texture and consistency with paella.

It was such a great class! Diana and Loki (sp?) were so informative and fun and we made an amazing paella dish and two tapas. They also had a vegetarian option for myself and my teenage daughter. Sangria was plentiful and our family of 4 left very full and satisfied. Loved being at the Triana market where we were able to buy supplies to make paella back at home in the US. Thank you so much!

The class was excellent and a lot of fun. Chef Leo was a fantastic and funny instructor, and Noelia gave us a great tour of the market. She also makes an excellent sangria. They were also able to accommodate our dietary restrictions with ease. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful day with our chef Carlo and asst Noe. Both very knowledgeable and kind. The market tour was simple and informative and the cooking class was AMAZING. So well thought out… and filling. This is my second visit but bringing my spouse this time. It was once again over the top fantastic. A must do in Seville.

Maria and Loki were fantastic. They made the class interesting and we learned a lot about Spanish cooking. Each person is actively participating in the class for each dish. They also made a delicious sangria and a refreshing dessert drink. The class was very accommodating to food preferences and allergies. Was one of the top cooking classes we've taken.

This was a very lovely experience. Carmen and Leo were really great, providing lots of interesting information in a fun and engaging way. We learned to make Paella, salmorejo, chickpeas and spinach, lemon sorbet and Sangria the traditional way. The market tour was also really nice, nothing boring. Highly recommended ❤️
