Kym and Ghana were FABULOUS guides. Ghana made sure we made it safely and traversed the tricky traffic effortlessly. Kym went above and beyond. He made sure everyone had a fun time. He pointed things out and was knowledgeable about the plant life and history. This was the most laid back and personal experience I have been on. No doubt due to Kym and Ghana. Kym has to be the happiest guy I have ever met and his energy is contagious. We absolutely loved our time with these two guys. “When you’re with Kym everything is going to be alright”

Hoped for a little more mangroves but the guides took very good care of us. Ganna made sure we got there safely and Kim made sure there was never a full moment. We got to see all the sites and try a bunch of different fruits and nuts. I would definitely suggest this excursion

Kim and Ghana were the greatest guides we have had so far. Kim is the life of the island. They both made the experience one we will never forget. We tried almonds, papaya, fresh coconut and rum punch. We both had a fabulous time.

Kim was a fun guide but the tour is not well organized. We were asked to meet at the “yard”, a 45 minute drive from our air bnb as I understand they only pick up from certain resorts. This would have been fine if we didn’t wait over 1/2 hour to leave after barely being acknowledged by numerous staff. Seemed to be several jeeps in the junkyard but We got into a minivan to pick up another couple, about an hour in rush hour traffic, and drive past our air bnb another 25 minutes to the kayak launch. There was no jeep and no tour. The kayaking was nice. Afterwards we gathered, and waited about 20-30 minutes at the van for the long drive back, luckily rush hour was over, but still over an hour. We could have saved at least 2 1/2 hours of driving and waiting by just meeting at the launch, they knew we had a car. The 3 hour tour that we hope for turned out to be almost 6.

Kym was one of the best guides ever! Full of energy. On island time. Kind and sweet to my wife Jennifer and son Daniel. He was knowledgeable about the island, its history and the culture. We are from Chicago. We ate that stuff up. Ghana, our driver, had a great command of the Land Rover vehicle. We had every confidence that he could get us to our destination safely. He was very kind, courteous and responsible. When we come back, we will request these guys. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We went during a cruise stop. The "jeep safari" turned out to be a converted Land-rover, with bench seats along each side. Fortunately, we were the only two guests, and were able to spread out. Our guide was local and knowledgeable. We were taken from Castries to Marigot, where we were given a safety briefing and life jackets, then got into a double kayak. We were accompanied by our tour guide and the kayak operator, who led us out of the bay and along the coast to another beach at Roseau Bay probably about a mile, but it felt longer! A rest was followed by another paddle through the mangroves - so still and peaceful. We even got to try coconut water - very different from what we get at home. Lots of photos, and a very enjoyable and memorable day. Thanks lads!

We had a great time kayaking and enjoyed the experience overall. Kymani was very friendly, energetic, and engaging as our main tour guide, and even joined us out on the water. Our kayaking guide, who I believe was named William, was great as well. He made sure everyone was safe and was keeping up with the group. Kayaking through the mangroves was definitely a highlight. It was a fun day, and I’d recommend this excursion to anyone visiting St. Lucia who’s looking for something laid back but still adventurous. That said, the logistics getting to the kayaking spot were a bit chaotic. We booked the 8 AM time slot, but since we were staying at an Airbnb about 10 minutes away, we were asked to drive to their headquarters and arrive at 7 AM, before our guides had even gotten there. We ended up spending a lot of the morning waiting around, then driving to Castries to pick up 4 more people from a cruise ship. At one point, we accidentally picked up the wrong group and didn’t realize it until we were about 15 minutes down the road, so we had to turn around, go back to the port, and get the right group. By the time everything was sorted and we finally made it to Marigot Bay to start kayaking, it was about 10 AM. There were also 2 other people who met us at Marigot Bay to kayak, not sure if they drove themselves, but we would've appreciated having that option instead of getting up early only to deal with hours of transportation issues. The vehicle situation was not ideal either. There were 8 of us packed into a van that would have comfortably fit 6. Kymani ended up squeezed into the back cargo area at times after giving up his front passenger seat to one of the people from the cruise ship, with the other 3 crammed into the back row. Management should have given us one of the safari trucks shown in their photos, split us into two vehicles, or let us drive directly to the kayaking spot. It didn’t ruin the trip for my wife and me since we were fairly comfortable in the 2nd row captain's chairs of the van, but it did feel disorganized and cramped for the others.

The scenery is beautiful and it was very nice to get out on the water for an active excursion. Staff was very friendly. There was too much down-time where we were just standing around which could be avoided with better organization, but overall enjoyed the tour.

The company does not care about your time. They changed our tour from 11am to 12pm and then still showed up 45 minutes late.
