  Vida was an excellent guide. Very friendly and courteous. The cave tubing was wonderful. The water was pleasantly cool and floating through the cave was enchanting and relaxing. The blue hole was beautiful and filled with small fish that swam around you as you swam in the pool. It was great!

  Our guide walked us on a short jungle trail to the mouth of the cave which was breathtaking to begin with. It definitely felt like we were entering another world as we descended the rough stone steps into the cave. Once in the cave we turned on our head lamps and walked along the stream for about 15 minutes getting our bearings and learning about what we were seeing. When we got about half way into the cave, we got in our tubes and the guide pulled us up stream all the way to the point where the water was bubbling out of the the rocks from an underground spring. On our way back, we floated free along the stream all the way back to the mouth of the cave—part of the way in total darkness when we all turned off our headlamps! It was truly a once in a lifetime experience and well worth the price. After leaving the cave we were given tickets to enter the Inland Blue Hole, which was only 1 mile away, and we had a wonderful time in this little oasis. The water was a beautiful color, sheltered by jungle trees, and flowed into another cave that must have been quite deep as, when we clapped at the opening it created amazing echoes. Altogether, it was a truly wonderful experience.

  My wife, 10 year old daughter and I wanted to try out cave tubing, we arrived half an hour early and Omar was already there all set up. There was noone else at it was the off season which was nice. Omar was very knowledgable about the flora, fauna and mayan history. I think my kid was a little nervous at first but Omar made it relaxed and made it all feel safe and comfortable.   The trip was so fun! Neko and his daughter were great guides and made the trip amazing. Really cool cave and so fun to float on the tube. I’d definitely go again!

  We had a private tour with Vida for the entire cave tour- no other people! He was very attentive and informative. He even let us store our car keys with his items prior to the tour. He also pulled us through parts of the river so we could just relax and look at the interior of the caves. We both work in very fast paced and at time noisey environments and floating in the river in the peace, quiet and nature was a few hour spiritual retreat. Be aware that the Blue Hole is self guided. Both places you need to watch your step - but such is nature.

  Booking with Inland Belize Tours was the smartest thing I did on this trip. We requested transport from Hopkins all the way to Tikal, Guatemala with excursion stops along the way. Omar and his colleague Walter were absolutely fantastic and made this cost effective, easy, fun, safe and relaxing. The border crossing into Guatemala and money exchange was of no issue at all with their assistance. We also stopped with Omar at a place for pupusas that were the best I’ve ever eaten and which we cannot stop thinking about. I was polite and ordered two but I should have doubled that at least. This company was communicative both ahead of time and during the travel, answering my myriad logistical questions and putting up with my terrible Spanish (Lo siento, Walter). I cannot thank them enough for a trip of a lifetime. If you need a tour or guide while in Belize you cannot book a better company than Belize Inland Tours with Omar and his team.

  We took our 5yr old son and we all had a great time. Omar was super friendly and knowledgeable on Belizean history. The tour is great for families.
