The experience was wonderful. It was the first and one of a kind experience for us. I must say it is not for persons who are afraid of heights. We arranged for the transportation to and from the Reserve for the additional cost and it was worth it! The tour operator, Ericker, was prompt in answering our inquiry about booking transportation to and from the Reserve. The cost was very affordable for the round trip. When we arrived the tour conductor was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the rainforest. The tour conductor pointed out numerous birds and plants to the group. The weather was great and the pace of the Tram was good allowing for pictures. After the Tram ride, the group was given the option of a hike of the rainforest or a tour through the garden. Our group opted for the garden tour. This allowed for a close up view of numerous plants found in the rainforest. We learnt about the properties of the different plants. We ended our tour at the gift shop. We got some locally made hot sauce, guava cheese and tamrind balls. Thank you Viator for making this experience available.

Insanely overpriced. Beautiful place, but the tour itself definitely not worth 170 USD for 2 ppl. They could’ve at least have transport included or drinks on arrival, or make that price do some justice.

Such a beautiful and peaceful experience. We were carried in the cable car and guided by a knowledgeable host - Faith, through stunning rainforest, seeing hummingbirds and butterflies.
